This red brick Georgian house overlooks the green space and trees of Armagh’s Mall. The studio apartment has a large kitchen, a modern living/dining area, a patio and free WiFi throughout.
Mallview House’s stylish open plan living includes a dining room, a living room with a leather sofa and a flat-screen TV and DVD player. The bright, modern bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space.
The fully fitted kitchen is complete with a cooker, fridge/ freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Guests receive a welcome pack on arrival, whilst there is also a washing machine, bed linen and towels.
Shops and a supermarket can be found 150 feet up the road. Within 0.5 miles’ walk there are restaurants, theatres, and art galleries.

Review 1：That I had to leave. ;)
Review 2：Everything, there is no better location to stay at in Armagh. Most thing's close early in the town, so having two places that stay open "late" within a 20 second walk was ideal. I loved it!
Review 3：There was no Irish tv channels available on TV.
Review 4：Great location, fully equipped, good wi fi. It's all you need. Nearly too good for one night stay.
Review 5：Nothing bad, but it is a shame the parking is not closer, but there is free parking close by.
Review 6：I loved having a separate living and kitchen area to the bedroom. It felt spacious and cosy at the same time. Everything you could possibly need for a short stay away in one place and fantastic location.
Review 7：good internal facilities, comfortable and well equipped. Note parking is on road on the opposite side of the park not directly outside (not a problem for us but might be important for someone else). External patio area appears nicer in the photo than it is -really only a smoking area.

Review 11：Very comfortable place in a great location. One quick phone call and I met up with the owners which made for a quick, easy and hassle free introduction to the property which had everything you could hope to need for a self-contained stay on a cold winters night!
Review 12：There was a door in the bedroom hidden by a wardrobe which seemed to open into the hallway of the apartment upstairs. The layout must have been changed at some stage however It became noisy in the bedroom when people were using the stairs of the upstairs apartment or opening ther door. Also there was an ironing board but no iron???
Review 13：The location was ideal,very central and located beside a grocery store. Apartment was well kitted out allowing us to prepare food. Accommodation was very clean and decorated to a very high standard. As it was a very cold weekend the place was kept well heated throughout the day. At night the heat could have been turned off as it did become too warm. Covered patio area to the back of the apartment.
Review 14：Parking is poor in this area of town 0800-1815 (although Mervyn did pre-warn us to park on the opposite side of The Mall for free parking). We did see the Traffic Warden patrolling so be careful. You can stay for 1 hour only outside the accommodation so can offload luggage etc. On the opposite side across The Mall (not on the side adjacent to the houses but across the road by The Mall wall), you can park free and for as long as you like.
Review 15：I've read previous reviews, and was surprised to hear about the noise level being high overnight....the bedroom has obviously been relocated to the back as we weren't disturbed at all. All facilities and more that we would have required we're provided. We were very grateful that Margaret and Mervyn allowed us an early check in - they were very welcoming and informative. We would have no hesitation in staying here again.
Review 16：The apartment is superb and in a great central location. The owners are very helpful indeed and even drove to Belfast to reunite me with a wallet that I'd left behind. Absolutely first class service and accomodation.

Review 20：I was happy with the co-operation of the owners of the property to assist me with arrangements, etc. The apartment was large for my needs and spotless. I would be happy to return there should the opportunity arise. I requested a delayed departure and this was accommodated.
Review 21：Lovely accommodation, I was originally a bit apprehensive when reading previous review about noisy traffic next to bedroom. Since then the owners have changed the property layout so bedroom is no longer at front of apartment. Very comfortable and spacious for being a studio apartment for two people. Great location and beautiful outlook of the Mall, with walking distance to cafés and local tourist attractions.
Review 22：Moving the sleeping area to the back has mitigated against the noise of the traffic but now you get the irregular din of Sainsbury's deliveries at the back. I feel the noise of the traffic was less intrusive and the owners should consider moving it back round again.

Review 24：The noise from traffic. Bedroom approx. 25 ft. From a main 'a'road with traffic starting to roll almost non-stop from 0300 eachmorning. Not helped by the fact pedestrians walking by close to thebedroom. Large fireplace wall completely bare lacking in decoration.Curtain rail in lounge bereft of curtain. Smallest tv possiblesupplied more suited to a teenagers bedroom stuck in one cornerstruggling to barely provide any programme via a freesat box.Description of the studio in booking.com did not match theaccommodation that was provided. The exceptional rating of 9.8 must befor the flat upstairs. In no way was the flat we were provided withcould be classed in this category. We have learnt our lesson withbooking.com and our choice of the accommodation in future. Due tominimal contact with owners cannot comment except to say there waskeen interest on how we were planning to pay.

Review 60：Cute little apartment in great location. Staff very willing to help in any way necessary. Bed comfortable. Complete kitchen and included no energy cost.
Review 61：a little too loud at night right on the street, no screens on the windows so we couldn't open them and leave them open due to flies ( I guess this was a bad fly season)

Review 64：The studio flat is in the very best position on the Mall in Armagh and has a lovely view across the green and ancient trees. Every facility was provided and the flat was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Margaret and Mervyn were helpful and couldn't have been friendlier. It was a very good base for exploring county Armagh and Down.
