Review 1：Kitchen not very well equipped. Couldn't find any English speaking channels on t.v. No welcome pack so we had to go and try to find an open shop for essentials as soon as we arrived. A bit of milk and other essentials would have been nice. Oven was a microwave combi type and there was no conventional oven which was a bit frustrating given that we had booked a room for eight people and needed to cook meals occasionally

Review 7：Les Chalets de Jouvence is an excellent place to base your ski holiday from. The kitchen is well equipped for nights in. Restaurants near by are very good but small, so book Ski almost to door and at night ease those aching legs in the spa. Staff are polite and helpful. This is one place I will be returning to. 10/10

Review 8：- We were disappointed about description of the accommodations: First of all, our apartment was not in the main building, so we couldn't "ski right till the door" as was said in the information booklet. Second it was written in the description of the accommodations that we will be able to go to the swimming pool from our apartment, in reality, our apartment was in other building than the swimming pool, so we all had to go by foot outside for over 200m till the swimming pool. When we asked to change the apartment, hotel manager said we have not requested apartment in the main building with easy access to swimming pool; and it could not be done. Also when we reserved our accommodations, there was no where mentioned that if we want apartment in the main building we should request it (by calling hotel manager).

Review 10：Was lead to believe all apartments was ski in and out but we was in the lower building on the main road in front of the beginners slope . wasn't a big issue for us tho.

Review 11：Close to the slopes for the skiing. The apartment was home from home and very comfortable. We was on the back and had slightly less better views than the front apartments but at least we was not Woking every morning by the snow groomers so didn't matter to us that much .

Review 12：Lovely accomodation, perfect in every way, location, view and comfort. Very helpful staff too. We are already looking forward to book an apartment next year..in fact I expect we will return to Les Chalets de Jouvence every year!
