Review 1：For me the bed was a little on the firm side but not uncomfortable.
Review 2：A home away from home. Very well appointed apartment with everything you need. Nice little touch of some fresh milk tea and coffee for when you first arrive. Loads of useful local information.
Review 3：Couldn't find an extra pillow-didn't bother the owners for something so small but I am sure if we had it would have been provided immediately.
Review 4：The standard of accommodation, the cleanliness. Everything was provided. The owners were extremely helpful and friendly. Quiet location but convenient for everything.

Review 12：Check in and check out times are inflexible. No way to notify owners of your arrival e.g. They could not be raised. Owners seem a little O.C.D.
Review 13：Good location for Cadwell Park race track. Louth has a number of good places to eat. Appartment was clean and well furnished.
Review 14：The shower over the bath needs to be thermostatic. The present shower goes hot and cold. It is not possible to have a shower. Had to have a bath each time. Warning! Sloping ceilings in bathroom & kitchen - not tall person friendly. Likely to bang your head and end up with a kink in your neck if you stay too long in the kitchen.

Review 16：If we was to be negative at all it would be the price for a nights stay of £99.0 per night although we are probably spoilt by having stayed at the Beaumont hotel at £58.00 a night.where there is a restaurant and bar available on sight, but your apartment is very convenient to town center and one can feed ourselves which was a money saver in itself.
Review 17：We enjoyed our stay immensely although it was short lived due to our circumstances. The flat was well presented and had everything we could wish for. Also nice garden area to sit and have refreshments.We would consider staying again for a brief weekend.
Review 18：Lovely touch to leave some essentials in the apartment, left heating on for us so it was warm on arrival, exceptionally clean, owners were extremely friendly and polite. Overall a great night away and would definitely recommend it and stay there again whenever we can!!!

Review 34：The paranoia about causing any dirt or mark on the rooms ie the luggage mat, the "take your shoes off" instruction and the multiple coasters littering every surface. Made me feel that I couldn't be trusted to occupy the property without making a mess (surely wear and tear is part of the business).Hence staying here is not very relaxing or "home from home".

Review 37：We were allocated Upgate apartment which was a pleasure to stay in. The interior was immaculate and the decor was stylish and elegant. The bed was incredibly comfy. The provisions provided; milk/tea/plum bread coffee/ice/sugar/biscuits, as well as the chocolates by the bed, were a lovely welcoming touch. Would definately highly recommend these apartments, they were outstanding

Review 45：Firstly, I needed somewhere secure to park, this particular property stood out immediately with a private, gated parking area with direct access to the apartment. Phil put us in the kidgate apartment which was as large as it was luxurious, greeted with tea, biscuits & several other provision to see us through the weekend stay. I have stayed in Louth before but missed this place the first time, I shall not make the same mistake again & look forward to staying there again.
Review 46：Restricted headroom in kitchen and bathroom. Shower not thermostatically controlled so water temperature fluctuates wildly from freezing to burning. Be prepared for traffic noise.
