Review 1：If we were being picky, it's a little way from the lake front - wasn't an issue for us staying one night, nor if you are prepared to take a short stroll.

Review 2：Lovely welcome from the Lady at reception. Consistently attentive but not intrusive assistance from all the staff we were in contact with. Enjoyed our evening meal at the adjoining restaurant and breakfast in hotel. Hotel is spotlessly maintained, onsite parking a real bonus, would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Review 7：The evening meal was in fact in another linked hotel. Our service was terrible. We were just left while every one else was served 3 courses to our 1. It was our last night there, commented on by staff, and many seemed to be there for a while with no commitment to eating there if they were not happy. Did not see any other UK diners.

Review 12：Enough cozy clean and neatly. Polite personnel. Fenced private parking place. Towels are changed every day. Very convenient if you drive a car (walking up from the lake is too tiresome).

We have to thank the God, and also thanks the hotel staff very much, they brought us the lucky to help us to get back my mothers bag and passport from the police station which were stolen in Annecy the two days before. The hotel offered good service and also brought us the lucky!!!

Review 58：When we arrived there was no one to greet us at the hotel. As we got through the door the phone was ringing. It was lucky there was a resident by the door as she explained that would be for me or I would have just been stood waiting for someone to come and see me to check in. The check in process, although very straight forward was very unpersonalised with simple instructions of how to get my key and how to self complete the check in form. As this was our first stop in a new country it felt quite intimidating.

Review 60：The service, the breakfasts, the cleanliness of the rooms were all outstanding. The meals at the adjacent restaurant were great value and of good quality. We would definitely return to this hotel. As we were traveling by train it was conveniently located close to the train station. The double doors onto the patio of our room provided excellent sound insulation. For a budget conscious traveller, this hotel provides everything one needs.

Review 61：Excellent and efficient welcome at front desk. When I said I was too tired to go out to a restaurant and asked if there were any grocery stores nearby, the lady behind the front desk said that the stores were already closed, but that she could bring some wine and cheese to my room. Which she did very promptly. Needless to say, the wine and cheese were excellent (this is France, after all), and the price extremely reasonable. Very good hotel if you are flying out from Geneva airport the next day and have a car.

We took our evening meal at theadjoining Restaurant Les Marronniers where the excellent 13 euro menuoffered outstanding value - don't miss the fantastic cheeseboard! Werate this hotel well above many far more expensive hotels that we havestayed in.

Review 65：The room was rather tight packed with furniture. The style was notreally mine when it came to pink touches in the interior. Personelseemed rather over worked (owners I presume).

Review 66：Excellent breakfast, that's a strong point for me ...The hotel had more to offer in the summertime, i am pursuaded that that would add to the excellent stay. Excellent isolation from the outside noise, inside noise was apparent, but what can stop the noise of unashamed Dutch visitors having kids run in the hall at 22:00 and on top what can stop their noise when these on top shout at them in the hall?? Decency is nothing a hotel can add to such unexpected behaving guests. Kind service!
