Review 1：We liked EVERYTHING about Résidence Les Thermes - Côté Chalet! The location is fantastic, the ambience is beautiful, the apartment is well appointed and the staff are friendly. We miss Résidence Les Thermes - Côté Chalet. We will visit again for a longer stay. Thank you very much.

Review 2：Just wish the flooring was better stuck down - it was a little loose and therefore sticky when we walked on it. Not a problem, just an annoyance. But still a lovely place for a quick over night.

Review 3：Convenient, nicely appointed, enough space to repack our bags easily. The front desk showed us where to find a supermarket and we enjoyed a quick sausage/pasta dinner in our own private patio. The hotel provides a bread service so we could do yogurt and bread for breakfast. Right place, right time. We did not use the jacuzzi, but would have if we'd stayed longer.

Review 6：Breakfast! Croissants were completely black, burnt, charred... over cooked. When this was pointed out we were offered one that was soggy and uncooked. It wasn't the mistake of burning the croissant that was bad but the fact that it was served to us! Also the coffee and hot water was finished and no attempt to renew. We were eating at 8.00 am so no excuse. We thought the breakfast was expensive anyhow. Towels in the room were very old and shabby.

Review 7：Lots of pleasant places to sit inside and out and the contents of the kitchen were of a high standard. A pleasant balcony and the small shower room was clean

Review 8：The room was clean and modern with a lovely sunny balcony and everything we needed for our stay,the staff were friendly and very helpful and we even managed to get some laundry done! We arrived on a Sunday and although the main entrance was shut we called the number on the door and were in our room quickly, no problems. It was easy to walk into town for a look round and a bit of shopping, we would stay there again!

Review 24：We travel with 1 girl and a baby, and the space in the triple room comfort, it was very limited. The cleanliness is non-existent. Though they offer you the service of rapid daily cleanliness, only it consists on the other hand of towels and reinstatement of dustbin liners; though we request the service for every day, during our stay of 12 days, they did not realize it in 4 or 5 occasions, invoking bank holidays and other excuses. We had to ask to clean the room, after finding several cockroaches; in addition they did not have interest to change the sheets into a stay so long as ours, and because of our complaints, the penultimate day they them changed and cleaned the room. Very secondhand and deformed mattresses and sofa bed of 90cm, though in the photos it seems to be big.

Review 25：The location, though it is not in the center of the population is not too retired. To approximately 300 mts. one finds the square. More inconvinient it is the descent to the port, since Thonon is in high place and it is necessary to descend for a few steep slopes, or take the funicular one, which costs 1,80 i/v. The careless enough and dirty garden. Torn swings and with nails to the air. The parking lots are small and they informed us neither about his functioning, nor of the possibility of previous payment reserving it. It will not be a place that recommend, not to the one that returns to enjoy my vacations

Review 26：Sleepy town that closes early. Not much to do. A bit of a distance from boat station and train station. Breakfast had to be scheduled in advance.

Went by train - probably the best way as car park looked rather a squeeze. Definitely on the list to ga again and stay longer. Excellent value for money early September.

Review 38：The staff wasn't very forthcoming about cancelling the booking 5 days before arrival and I had to make drastic changes to accommodate them. The cooking utensils wasn't the best and the plates and cutlery had to be rewashed before we could use them. You couldn't use the elevator after 8pm. The freezer part of the fridge was insufficient.

Review 39：The apartment had a balcony and there was free wifi. It's not too far to walk to the lake / town centre: about 20 minutes. Situated in a quiet area.

Review 40：Nice size apartment with balcony. Usual kitchenette with electric Hob. There is a lift if required. 5 min walk to the town centre, didn't eat breakfast but continental was €6. A place we recommend in Town for asmosphere and food is the 1950's Diner sited just past the Marie and the fountain. Yes your in France and will want to taste some Savoie specialities but the 50's bar also does the Equivelent of a full English for €8 with the American touch of unlimited coffee. Parking was free but perhaps due to being out of season as there are about 20 spaces, ask for a space on booking just in case.
