Review 1：We weren't aware of the cleaning charge. It wasn't much but probably should have been on the advertisement.
Review 2：The young man who looked after the place was super friendly and couldn't help enough. He made us feel at home and was always there for us. The apartment was great with facilities that allowed us to cook and a space that was very homely.

Review 5：The staff were reachable only part of the day, so, if you needed them "out of hours" you had to wait the following day. Heating did not work and staff, instead of coming to the room and fix it, would just advise to move this or another switch, so you had to go up and down to reception until it worked. One of the bunk beds would tilt scaringly and noisily if you lay on the left side. On the plus, the location was amazing, it was clean, convenient and practical. The kitchen well furnished, and the staff all speak very good english and that was very nice
Review 6：Nothing in the information you are given on booking this room warns you that you will have to pay extra for 1) Towels 2) use of television 3)Cleaning of the apartment. They charge an extra €54 to clean the apartment - if you choose to clean it yourself they have no cleaning products for you to use - you must buy your own. It was meant to be a non smoking room yet it comes with an ashtray and the blankets smelt of smoke.
