Review 1：We forgot the lion "teddy bear" of our son, and they cared toreturn it - always in friendly way. Nothing to displease us.
Review 2：Genuinely very friendly staff. Friendliness true for across all staffmembers which is exceptional. A true family hotel. Also, the room wascomfortable and quiet (no noise from neighbours). Plenty of parking infront. Recently redone hence top quality bathrooms. Restaurant of hotelis friendly and used by locals too. We will come back.

Review 4：We have stayed in the apartment room, it's small but nice, very clean room. We think it was value for money with good possibility to travel around the area of lake Annecy and the mountings.
