Review 1：I was not happy to wake up in holidays at 7:30am because of fire alarm...! They said it was a mistake, but never apologized...!...!
Review 2：Really well located, and well equipped !
Review 3：At the reception there's no English speaker. Maybe we were just unlucky. It was really hot with no A/C. The first night because of a room flooding we had to sleep with the blue light of the firemen coming through the window and the noise of something sucking water out. The second night there was music and celebration which we enjoyed up to one point, but the noise went on until 2pm and there was no way (either than dying for the heat) to escape it.

Review 6：Great location right on the edge of the pedestrian-only centre of town, with a fantastic view overlooking the fountain and the lake. Staff were friendly, room was small but clean and the kitchenette was handy as we were traveling with our toddler.
Review 7：Older building needing some upkeep. Lights in halls have to be turned on (timer switch) - this is done to save power, but it is a bit of a security issue.

Review 11：Comfortable room. Lovely to be in the centre of the town. Easy walk to Lac Leman. Be prepared for market day on Thursday - some noise early on in the day - but all cleared up by 4 pm. A lamp that failed was very quickly repaired.
Review 12：Liked that the room had a large balcony with an awesome view of lake Geneva. Wi-fi was good, spacious bathroom, good location in Thonon with many restaurants close by.

At time of booking requested room with balcony and lake view but on arrival told we would have to pay an extra 100 Euros/night. As a result had room facing church.

Bathroom is large and has a good equipement. Large balcon. It's possible to use nearby parking for 2,5 Euro per night. Near the funicular connected to the port.
Review 70：I was not able to communicate well with the staff, me having no moreFrench that being able to say hello, goodbye, please and thank you. Thestaff had less English, it seemed. The bathroom was very hot and did nothave any climate control. Even so, I would choose the hotel again.
Review 71：Central to Thonon-les-Bains with connections to Lausanne by ferry. Roomwas small and bed was very comfortable, balcony was cool and views ofthe basilica beautiful. It was very hot while we were there but I had nofear of leaving the sliding door open while sleeping. I felt very safe.
Review 72：We had bedbugs in our room. The staff did not seem to understand much of english, only support from a fellow French guest helped conbince them. The 24hr self check in did not work. Overall I think there ought to be better places to stay.

Review 81：Rooms were comfortable, warm and clean. Everything you need in a hotel room. It was a bonus having a kitchenette. The only thing missing from the cupboards were "Tea" cups (sorry we are English!) Every morning it was a delight to open the curtains and look over Lac Leman. There were plenty of shops, Boulangeries, and a supermarket close by. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. We would stay here again.
