Review 1：Only one bit of advice - please put coat hooks into the equipment room so you can hang up coats etc whilst putting on boots!
Review 2：Great staff, great location (always ski-in ski-out), well appointed kitchen and generally lovely apartment.
Review 3：The staff on reception were particularly poor and unhelpful their knowledge of English was limited also reception was only open on a limited basis
Review 4：Apartments were clean,well equipped and in an excellent position for the lifts.Apartments were slightly small especially the twin room , saying that probably power for the course for French accommodation. All in all apart from the staff the apartments were good.

Review 6：Roomy apartment, clean and well equipt. Great location for ski hire, ski lifts, supermarket and restaurants, all just minutes walk away. Well organised boot/ski room and ski in/out was great with kids
Review 7：Disappointed that there was no access to pool and spa in Hotel Ecrin as in previous year. The facilities at the Nevada were terrible with cold swimming pool and broken jacuzzi.
Review 8：Location is fantastic for ski slopes and we could see the racing from our bedroom and living room windows. Will definitely come again.
Review 9：We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was very spacious for a family of four compared to some other apartments we have had in the past. Swimming pool in the hotel down the road was really good and free to use. Would recommend that you request a room with a mountain view as that was the only thing missing with ours. In the summer you get a free 'sportignes' card when check in which gives free access to loads of other activities.
Review 10：Welcome meeting only in French. Floors could be cleaner on arrival. White plaster on apt walls marks your clothes! Bookings.com never gave us a code to get our apt key. We arrived 21.30 Sat night and were standing for 30 mins outside before we got a code! Not the fault of the residence.
Review 11：Almost everything. Large, well laid-out apt. Nicely decorated. Has everything. DVD players and movies free from helpful reception staff. Loads of hot water. Kitchen well equipped.
Review 12：Stayed for 2 weeks but no mid week clean or bedding change supplied by facility you have to do this yourself. No swimming pool on site had to walk to sister hotel to use facilities there.
Review 13：Very near slopes ski in ski out. Room for 6 was comfortable for 4. Good Kitchen facilities. Apartment was warm. Storage for equipment very good. Staff could not do enough to make your stay enjoyable.

Review 22：The spa and exercise facilities were located in another hotel. The access was included in the price, but I used it only once in the week, mostly due to the distance. I would have expected the Residence to provide (free of charge) soap and cleaning supplies, especially for the kitchen, as there is an obligation to clean the kitchen before departure.
Review 23：A very charming apartment with wonderful views and a good location for skiing and mountain biking. The amenities in the apartment were quite nice, as well as the garage and ski storage.
Review 24：Apartment was cold and only had a seating area for 2 in a 3 bed unit.Ski lockers had no heating for ski boots. Lots of hidden extra charges.

Review 26：Service not very good, they needed 4 days to fix door of balcony and we needed to remind them several times. Hotel was paid in advance and they tried to charge us extra related to price increace in the mean time. One of sleeping rooms without window. Walls very tiny - very bad sound insulation. If you (or your kids) needs to go to ski school, this is not good location since meeting point is around 300 m far.
