Review 2：The owner was very helpful and waited up as I arrived late evening. Made me feel really welcome and I had a goodnight sleep. All in all a perfect stay.

Review 4：In response to Ymenydd's reviw, I was the person who stayed in the room the night before. We reported the bed slates and the issue was dealt with immediately by Tony. Appreciate the slates fell back out after the repair but it shouldn't detract from what was for me a fantastic overall experience. The welcome was warm and sincere from the owners and they were very engaging throughout our stay and spent time talking to us and pointing the best places to visit etc. The room did have bare floorboards but given the listed nature of the building, we were happy with them and did not present us any issues. breakfast was freshly cooked and very good value for money. This was a stay I fully enjoyed and certainly will be returning when I am back in the area.

Review 7：The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming. They were very attentive and inviting which was exactly what we wanted for this type of stay. I would certainly Stay again over a hotel.
Review 8：Not yet ready for visitors. Bare floorboards. Bedroom door knob not attached so comes away in hand. Bed frame collapsed (as it did for previous visitors). Had to move bedrooms. If hosts survive teething pains this will be a good place. At present it is raw and not ready for visitors.

Review 10：Very welcoming couple who made one of the best breakfasts we've eaten. The bed was extremely comfortable, we had a great night's sleep! The room was spacious and furnished to a high standard. The bathroom was amazing too! Overall, we had a lovely stay in this B&B and would like to thank our hosts (and their friendly doggies!)
