Review 1：It was a very hot period when we stayed in the hotel so a fan or an AC unit in the room would have been very welcome. We travelled by motorcycle so hotel parking was fine. Car parking is a little limited and good manoeuvring ability is required for 4 wheels. Europe is expensive now compared to home but in fairness the food was high in quality and quantity at this hotel.
Review 2：The hotel restaurant food was exceptionally good, the serving was more than we could eat, and the wine was delicious. At one stage we thought we had been over-served but this was not the case - it was actually in the menu - poor understanding of language on my part. We would definitely stay here again! Very nice staff.

Review 4：Location of hotel was excellent as although it was in the centre of town it was very quiet. The town of Thones is a good base for exploring the area.

Review 8：We fell in love with the city. It was very small but really nice and it' s close to Annecy so you can spend the night in Thonescand visit Annecy or the other cities nearby during the day. the hotel was small but the room was nice.

Review 19：on arrival staff not particularly helpful, no facilities such as spa or pool, no ski room, just a shed. restaurant closed on sunday and monday. staff not always to hand when needed. car park very poor. hard to pay as you go, they seemed to prefer to charge to room. no hot water for 1 whole day due to fault, no appology received for this

Review 23：Don't stay in the front rooms. It is very noisy in the evening and in the morning in the front rooms and without air conditioning you need to leave the windows open and this did not help with the noise.

Review 29：The shower was tiny. The staff did not work all sunday and monday afternooon while we were there. The rooms that looked toward the church would hear the bells ring every 15 mins since 6am.
Review 30：It is located in right in the center of quiet little town about 15 to 20 mins to La Clusaz. It is very cozy and warm. The bed is very comfortable.
