Review 11:Nice and quiet location, warmly greeted by Janice late in the evening after being on the road for 7 hours. Had the feeling of a happy home with everything you could need to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding !

Review 12:I must stress that this is not negative just an FYI - Some may feel transport is essential as it's a looooong walk to the pub but man, that pint feels good when you reach it!

Review 13:Our hosts were lovely, they're unobtrusive but warm and on hand with fresh home baked muffins to welcome us! The cottage is quaint, well appointed and comfortable. Staying as two friends, the loft bedroom twin beds delivered a good nights sleep. Downstairs was a neat bathroom with big bath and shower, then through to an open plan kitchen, diner and cosy lounge with a great little real effect electric fire which heated up the space and warmed boots beautifully. Lovely place.

Review 14:Lovely friendly but professional proprietors. Fabulous guest lounge was a pleasure to sit in and to curl up in chair to read a book. It was a joy to have beautiful matching Portmeirion pottery to eat our delicious and very substantial breakfasts from.

Review 15:Great greeting with coffee and home made cake on arrival. Lovely bathroom and well presented bedroom. My wife loved the fridge and the chocolate! Substantial breakfast, lovely thick toast.

Review 16:Everything! Janice and Michael were great hosts, nothing was too much trouble. The facilities included guest parking, a guest lounge with TV, great WiFi connection. The room and ensuite were excellent and breakfast first class. The birth of a calf on our first night could not have been better timed!

Review 18:We enjoyed a warm and comfortable stay in the cottage which is in a wonderful quiet location with views of the mountains and the black Welsh cattle grazing in the nearby fields. Janice and Michael are lovely hosts who seem to have thought of everything you might need whilst away from home. Good sized fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and bath. The bed is so comfortable we had some really good nights sleep there.

Review 24:We had a fantastic time the cottage was amazing the couple that own it are really lovely people the facility's were perfect for self catering and the views are wonderful we are already looking at are next trip back

Review 25:heating switched off at night to save money. Do not recomend for family with small children as can get cold over there. electric small heater provided was too noisy to use and sleep. room is too small to be rated as 5 stars. TV is too small and only DG box not satelite TV or SKY. Shower cubical is too dated to be 5 star. price is in my opinion too high for this accomodation.

Review 28:Nothing at all - but we did need to phone the owners from a nearby petrol station to find the exact location of the house as several little roads go off the main road. Michael then gave us precise directions and we were there in no time.

Review 29:The beautiful rural location, the room and lovely bathroom, the use of the comfortable lounge, great breakfast choices, welcome and friendliness of the hosts, the car park right at the front door. It is close to everything you might like to do for an active few days in Snowdonia! We were really made to feel relaxed and at home!

Review 51:Despite arriving late around 930pm we were made to feel most welcome. We had driven 8 hours from Scotland and had hiked in Lakes district en route so were very tired. Our lovely farm-mummy host had no qualms in taking my sodden wet hiking gear and drying it out overnite in their kitchen. Brekky was a hearty serve in constrast to our experience in Scotland.

Review 58:Nothing as everything was perfect, there was even free chocolate and biscuits in our room as well as different tea's and coffee.

Review 59:Everything, the room and on suit bathroom were very nice, they have a proper bath tub which was really big so that was a surprise. They serve you anything you want for breakfast and I eat a lot so they made me a massive breakfast every morning. They even offered to pick us up from the local town in the dark because me and my Fiancée didn't drive. They would make the breakfast for you at a time that was convenient for you and I cant fault anything about this farm/hotel/b&b.
