Reviews for Lou Cardalines
Review 1:Coco and Eric are charming and caring hosts. Extensive breakfast with home-made marmalades. They prepared us a great dinner on Wednesday when most restaurants in Bédoin are closed. Optimal conditions to climb the Mont Ventoux!
Review 2:We stayed here for a few days to take on the Club des Cinglés du Mont-Ventoux challenge. Coco and Eric were exceptional - charming, welcoming and really helpful throughout our stay. We had a room in the annex which was warm, clean and comfortable. The breakfast room was a very nice place to be and the breakfasts themselves were excellent - I counted 14 home-made preserves. We also had two very good evening meals in Sainte Colombe and another in Bedoin. We wouldn't hesitate to go back.
Review 3:Perfect accomodation for a cycling trip with friends to the Mont Ventoux. Great hosts, great breakfast, great small village with nice restaurant, view on Mont Ventoux, large appartment with all facilities.
Review 4:Nothing
Review 5:the owner was super friendly, the room was beautifully finished and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was mostly homemade produce and was served by the owner in a beautiful kitchen. we were cycling and couldn't get back until after check out but the owner allowed us to shower and change in the house.
Review 7:Awesome setting, beautiful location, wonderful hosts. Loads of room for our bikes. This rustic farm house has modern but sympathetic garden rooms overlooking the Provence landscape.to the south, whilst being right at the foot of Ventoux about 5k from the start of the climb in Bedoin. If you're a cyclist here to ride the Geant de Provence, then it doesn't get better. There are also lots of other beautiful rdes to do that don't involve going up.Ventoux and Coco, the owner, was very helpful at pointing us in the right direction. Not too keen on sharing this place with anyone else! Definitely will return.
Review 8:Amazing welcome when we arrived, we were getting up at 5.30 to tackle Ventoux 3 times in a day and Eric and Coco the owners couldn't have been better in showing us an area we could set up our bikes and gave us breakfast to eat. Will definitely be staying again
Review 9:A little far and uphill from Bédoin village center.
Review 10:The guest house is located in a charming square where the old church's bell still resonates at the hours during the day. The very welcoming hosts did a great job turning an annex building to well designed rooms & bathrooms with their own private patios. One of the room has a great view on the valley. The breakfast is served in the very nice guest eat-in kitchen and includes a dozen of homemade yummy jams, pastries and crêpes baked by the owner. 2 good restaurants are right around the corner, few steps away on the main road.
Review 11:Nothing at all.
Review 12:Eric and Coco are wonderful hosts, so trusting and helpful.. feel more like friends. The room, the breakfasts, the setting... everything is as I would wish it.
Review 13:Too many homemade jams to choose from !! (joke) Not a criticism but please not they do not accept card payments as stated on your advert.
Review 14:lovely room - the pictures don't do it justice. The kithen/dining area is superb - the wife was really envious. the hostess was lovely and very helpful. Only stayed one night to ride Ventoux but will return and stay longer next time.
Review 15:The hosts ( Coco and Eric) are fantastic. Very friendly and helpful and the accommodation is beautiful! A real tonic staying here! A great place to do your own thing and chill!
Review 16:Nothing at all, everything about the stay was enjoyable.
Review 17:Great location, charming host, and an excellent restaurant (the Sainte Colombe) just around the corner. I was lucky to have one of the rooms with a terrace. That had views across the large garden with vineyards after that. Wonderful. If your Sat Nav doesn't recognise Place de l'Eglise as a street in the town don't worry, you can see the church spire from the main road, and the house is opposite the church.
Review 18:Swimming pool is cold
Review 19:Hospitality of the host The shared kitchen made us feel at home All rooms are accessible to garden, which got an excellent view
Review 20:Chambre d'Hôtes at its best. A super location in nice surroundings and a fantastic view from the room and terrace (comfort room). The room was great in recently built/renovated building with a superb double bed and very nice toilet/bathroom. The terrace overlooks a garden and has a panoramic view to the south toward Mormoiron. The host family very friendly and kind to help you. Will undoubtedly return.

Review 33:A little hard to find; needs a sign on Main Street.
Review 34:Room, outside sitting area, quiet, great breakfast.
Review 35:Very nice owner, very helpfull Nice area, rooms have enough space, good beds!
Review 36:The hosts were great. They have perfected the art of being very friendly but not intrusive. One night, they made dinner for several of us and it was absolutely delicious!
Review 37:We stayed to cycle the mountain and this place is geared up very well to accommodate that. There is bike storage, a (very cold!) little outdoor plunge pool and a lovely garden to sit in after a day in the saddle, with a few beers.
Review 38:The hosts were absolutely wonderful, breakfast was extraordinary and the freshly made cakes left for us made us feel incredibly welcome. The position for conquering Mont Venteaux was great. Had to ride back to Bedoin to start the official ride, but it is downhill so very easy. Our sons aged 10 and 13 were very happy playing in the yard and in the pool (even though it was way too cold at that time if year for the parents).
Review 39:Our stay was way too short!
Review 40:This was the best stay of our entire trip. The owners are warm and friendly. The food really good and prepared with care. You even get home-made jams! I usually do not like guesthouses but this one changed my mind!
Review 41:Our stay was amazing - we like the village, the surroundings, the spacious place of Coco. We will definately return. Breakfast prepared by Coco was amazing - homemade confitures, bread and crepes. Nearby there is also a restaurant Colomb with delicious french cuisine and fine wines (we took the dinner menu for 36 euros pp).
Review 42:Coco and Eric were wonderful hosts and a pleasure to stay with. The location was great in a small village with a couple of restaurants. We had dinner one night at the bnb which was fantastic as was the breakfast. The room was large clean and a great view to the countryside.
Review 43:Coco and Eric have done a great job with building Lou Cardelines. Coco is a great hostess and was very kind to us. This was the highlight of our 3 weeks in France. The room was excellent and we had the use of a large living room and kitchen. It is beautifully fitted and modern. It's well suited to a day or a week or longer. We stayed here just to ride up Mont Ventoux. It is an excellent location for the Bedoin approach. Excellent restaurant La Colombe within 3 minutes walk.
Review 44:The hostess did everything to make us welcome and was eager for us to enjoy our stay. The room was beautiful , with stunning views and breakfast was perfect.
Review 45:Extremely friendly hosts. We arrived late at night, they stayed up to help us in, which was very kind. It was spacious, very clean and comfortable with a large bed. The view in the morning was stunning with beautiful gardens. When we went in to breakfast, there was a great range of jams and various pastries - perfect! We would definitely recommend and go back if in the area.
Review 46:Coco and Eric are very welcoming hosts! The room we had was veryspacious, clean and comfortable. The king-sized bed is very nice. Thetable d'hote that they serve on request is of good quality (andquantitiy) at a fair price. A perfect place to start a nice walk orcyclingtour in the beautiful surroundings!
Review 47:Lovely hosts and a wonderful location - great breakfasts with home made jams that were amazing
