Review 1：The storm affected the wifi all weekend which wasn't great but not a big deal. Breakfast was very basic and scrambled eggs were very salty, so we ended up not eating much.

Review 2：Staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The hotel was beautiful and very comfortable.

Review 3：Impossible to sleep due to noise from apartments opposite owned by same company, many guests disturbed and reported to management, they lied and said they couldn't do anything, breakfast was very poor, no choice, pool was unheated and too cold to use, food menu very limited and dull, animals in lounge and bar very noisy, children scared, adults disturbed by aggressive noisy animals and had to leave, rooms are small as have been divided in two in renovation and have no sound proofing, no lights in hallways, staff ignore requests, would never go back, massively overpriced and very uncomfortable

Review 5：Could have done with a bit more storage for our clothes. Stayed in a suite and had to live out of a suitcase for the week after ski gear put away. No where to hand jackets in the vast hallway. Restaurant service was a bit slow when busy, but I think there were some new members of staff.

Review 18：The ground floor bar (and restaurant) is separately owned & operated. We found it expensive, both for drink & food, and the loud trance music on one of the nights we were there wasn't in keeping with the relaxed and chic surroundings. Worst of all, when the barman offered a nightcap at the end of an already expensive evening, we didn't expect to be charged 30 euros for the three drinks that weren't even requested in the first place. On that basis, we felt the bar staff were a bit too keen to exploit the 5 star hotel guests....sorry!

Review 19：The comfort, cleanliness and size of the suites was exceptional. Lovely swimming pool for use only by the occupants of the 24 suites, so never crowded . We also enjoyed the steam room & sauna. Great breakfasts with choice of continental and cooked options. Helpful and friendly staff throughout the hotel. Good location, only a short walk to slopes or local transport could be organised by reception in the hotel's own vehicle. And finally, the Wi-Fi was not only included in the room rate but it was really fast! Loved this hotel.

Review 22：It´s not a ski-in/ski-out hotel. The nearest lift is about 300m away from the hotel!! It´s possible to come back very near to the hotel through sidetracks. It´s also very expensive!!

Review 25：too much to type! fantastic room I stayed in a classic suite which is the biggest room I've ever stayed in for 2 people, huge bed, enormous lounge, fantastic bathroom etc etc. spa and pool area fantastic, staff attentive and very polite, bar area so comfy with huge fire and again great staff, highly recommend
