Review 1：no good places to eat in town mainly pizza
Review 2：very helpful staff. It is a motel layout so could park the bike outside our room next to reception. Lidl next door. A good base to tour the route grande alps, or just an overnight
Review 3：At time of booking website said reception was open 17.00 - 20.00 for check-in. I did send a request for a later check-in but received no reply. My flight was then delayed considerably and I was anxious about my room availability on arrival. However their was an automated machine outside the hotel to check-in. Think the hotel should make you aware of this facility on their website more clearly.
Review 4：Value of accommodation and proximity to nearby La Clusaz for skiing. Very basic but clean rooms. Breakfast was good value. And the greeting/welcome from receptionist Rebecca at breakfast was excellent and her local knowledge very helpful. She had also skied in Scotland!

Review 12：It was very reasonably priced and the lady at the front desk was very friendly, knowledgeable and helped locate somewhere to have an evening meal. The bed was very comfortable.

Review 20：Note: this does not apply only to Fasthotel, but to all hotels in Thones. Still I must warn you that in Thones there is a hefty tourist tax of about 2.5 Euros per person and per day! However you are rewarded with a nice and various, family-oriented, summer program from the local community.
Review 21：The hotel is nicely placed near the center. OK, Thones is not Paris, but even so these chain hotel tends to be in places where you need your car to get to the center. The rooms are more spacious than other comparable chains, and there are separate praivate bathroom and toilettes. In theory this should be an advantage, but that is questionable. The rooms are climatized, and while you may not really need it for the most part of the summer, you may happen to find some hot days where a refreshingly cool room is nicely appreciated.
Review 22：Very fast no-nonsense book in procedure. The compact rooms were very clean and well laid out to provide more than adequate facilities for our overnight stop. The beds were comfortable.There is an Lidl next door and just 3 minutes walk away, in the town centre, a very well equipped Carrefour City. We had 3 rooms in our party and everyone was very happy. If you are on budget this is an excellent option.
Review 23：price/comfort is perfect for only sleeping or as a residence if you have to be somewhere else all the day. Hotel does not have any other facilities like a garden, swimming pool, etc. So it is only for sleeping.
