Review 1：There was nothing that we did not like

Review 2：Staff were very friendly and helpful. They even went the extra mile and provided a champagne breakfast on my birthday without any prompting from anyone. A lovely surprise Fabulous location. Excellent value for money.

Review 3：One of the receptionists lied ! They double charged me, and I was toldit only takes 3 days to unblock the extra money they charged me!However it took more than 2 weeks! I had to cancel some fun activitiesdue to that lie!

Review 5：the staff was fiendly enough, but not very helpful (at the arriving we were given with only keys from room and no any other at least basic info like where and wtat time is the breakfast etc.)

Review 6：Was a bit surprised that they have wifi connection almost everywhere near the hotel, even in the bar and near swimming pool by lake. It's possible to rent bikes right at the hotel (all byke types, even electronic).

Review 7：we didn't get a very nice room. The view was rather on the parking lot then the lake and it was noisy as right next to the bar. But the management was really friendly and gave us a discount when we complained about the party going on until 3 am in the morning

Review 11：No fridge. No kittle to heat water for baby food, you have to ask staff for hot water every time. No A/C (Mostly not needed), yes you can open the windows or balcony door to enjoy the natural draft, but then all the smoke from smokers in adjacent rooms (smoking in their balconies) will stink up your room for the whole day.

Review 13：It was very hot during our stay, but there was no air con in the room. Also, a fridge would have been nice...those two things are something you expect to have in a 4-star hotel. When booking a room at this hotel, keep in mind that some of the rooms have not been renovated and are therefore, pretty far from the stylish overall design of the public areas.

Review 14：The location is excellent! The lake is just across the street so if your room is on this side, you'll have breathtaking views of the lake and the mountains! The private sun-lounging area with a heated infinity pool is a perfect place to relax. We also liked the breakfast, spa area and the friendliness of the staff very much. A great stay!

Review 15：Achensee is a great place for a Summer vacation! Great pool with a warm water right on the lake's shore! Great view from room's balcony! Awesome retreating area with several types of saunas and bunch of relaxing beds and chairs with a different kinds of refreshing teas.

Review 23：Pertisau is of course better known to fans of the Chalet School series as Briesau. Still as lovely as described nearly 100 years later.

Review 24：The hotel is on the pricey side although there are special deals to be found. Wi-Fi was only available in the public areas. No coffee/tea facilities in the rooms. Also you are allocated a table in the restaurant which is yours for the week - in some ways nice, but it meant you never had a chance of sitting in the front window area. I suspect those tables may go with the top priced suites. Food was very good, but perhaps a little too fancy at times. The choice of meals (three or four) could perhaps have included one slightly more 'basic' option.

Review 25：This hotel is right on the lake side, with a bar, sun-lounging area and heated infinity pool built right out over the water. Stunning views, very friendly staff and everything was very clean. Restaurant served top quality food. We had an excellent stay here and will certainly be coming back.

Review 48：A stunningly beautiful hotel in a gorgeous environment, right at the seaside of a small lake surrounded by high Mountains in the Alps. Food and staff were amazing (the well known Austrian hospitality was proven to us once more), the room very big, beautiful sight from the restaurant and bar on the lake. We stayed just one night but absolutely loved it !

Review 65：If I had to quibble, the double-deluxe room we stayed in (Room 216) seemed to have an overly spacious bathroom and the layout could have been much better. There was no separate shower although ample room for two - instead a poorly-fitted screen not quite sealing with the edge of the bath, causing the water to run over the floor. Additionally, no tea-making facilities/kettle to boil water which would have been useful for sterilising baby bottles, but we made do without. Overall though the room was very nice, comfortable beds and good balcony views to the mountains and Achensee lake.

Review 66：The staff were excellent and made our stay at the Strandhotel Entner very enjoyable and comfortable. Travelling with a 4-month old baby we were provided with a cot and kindly located to an alternative table during buffet breakfast and dinner so that breastfeeding could be conducted more discreetly from other hotel guests. Breakfast and often 4-5 course evening meal were fabulous and great value for money on a half-baord basis. The facilities (spa, saunas, wellness) all of a very high standard and decor constantly providing a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended, we would certainly stay again.

Review 67：Our family of four are from Namibia in Africa and were traveling Europethrough Christmas-time however we did not want to spent Christmas withthe children in a city so my husband searched the internet for a niceplace near Munchen and that is how we came to your hotel. We all agreedthat the time there were the best of the whole holiday your friendlystaf and really homey atmosfere made it absolutely an unforgetfullexperience. Review 68：I use to have only one big problem in this visit. When you come to thehotel with the order of "Booking" or other internet agent, theyautomatic gave you a room in the old side of the hotel (they said thatthis side was build at 2005), in this side the beds are for animals notfor human being, after one night I want to leave and the receptionpromise to change the mattress till 4:00 afternoon they don’t do it,after I raised my voice they change my room to the new area (2009)andthere all was fine.
