Review 1：Felt the property is beginning to look shabby & tired. Lots of dust & dirt in corners & nearly blocking extractor fans. Plenty of cob/dust webs.
Review 2：Handy for golf & plenty to see locally. Area also good for biking.
Review 3：advertised to have views of the Golf course but this was not the case and was extra, apartment was dated and well worn and we had to get the pillows changed as they were dirty. Bedding / towels etc were all extra. Would not come back.

Review 5：Room service paid and done after you finish your stay or not paid if you actually did it yourself, wifi is literally around the reception and the bed linens and towels are extra paid as well (not the extra bed linens, your regular ones :P). It does not match the stadard it's supposed to be representing (4 stars, really?).
Review 6：The space around the hotel is really nice and the location of the city itself makes it a good place to plan further one-day excursions.
Review 7：Wifi access almost non-existent, i could only get it in a small corner of reception. Apartment had neither air conditioning or fan. We were not given complete information about cleaning arrangements when we checked in and were charged 28 euros for a 2 night stay for cleaning.
Review 8：There were many lovely villages and a lot of spectacular countryside within easy driving distance. If you are a keen golfer it looks to have good facilities for this.
Review 9：No wifi in apartments, you have to walk up to reception to access same and when the office is closed you have to stand outside to use wifi. Apartments had a basic setup with added fees for linen and TV access. You have to hire linen & make your own bed when you arrive.You have to clean the place before departure- this takes from the overall holiday experience. Cleaning, Linen & TV should be built into the price quoted. Only one double bed so one person has to sleep on sofa bed and so you can't use the sofa to sit on the rest of the time.
Review 10：Quiet relaxed atmosphere...beautiful setting in the countryside. You can order fresh bread from the boulangerie & collect at reception the next morning. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Review 11：The staff were rude and arrogant. The internet did not work, when we said that, the response was, that's not our problem! We paid 25 euro cash, and after 4 days were given a form to complete to maybe get a refund on credit card in 3-4 weeks. We had to clean our own room, and were given a rag to get on our hands and knees and wash the floor. They came and inspected it afterwards to make sure we did a good job, like we were in school. I would never go back

Review 31：- hotel charged my card with whole price for my stay in advance (conditions on booking.com stated, that there was only 30% advance payment) - arrogance of the receptionist was "incredible" (but luckily it was only 1 bad experience during our long trip around France) - dirty room - old, battered furniture, disgusting sofa (well it was just dirty mattress with big stains and covered with bed cover) and it was consired as "fourth bed" - we were warned to clean everything up - vacuum-clean, wipe the floors, wash the toilet, etc. after 2-nights stay, or we´d be charged! - there was nothing there (toilet paper, soap, etc.) - we were "warned" that nothing cannot get lost (other words - not to steal anything (!) - and also had to pay "deposit" of 260,- EUR for this reason, because apartment was equipped with dishes, cutlery, etc. - this money was given back after checking-out - and mostly, we were told that we should feel "privileged" to be on such "privileged" place - this "resort" has 4**** - I´m not sure what this means, because I was told many times that it´s not the hotel, but tourist resort, but seriously I think "luxury" looks really, really way different! This was hardly 1* - oh, and on booking.com there was stated TV in the room - yeep, it´s there! but hey - for another 5,- EUR if you actually want to use it (you have to pay for remote control) - so - you have to do everything yourself (change bed sheets, clean whole bathroom, toilet, buy detergetns, take out our own rubbish, etc.), and you should feel privileged doing it - but worst was receitionist´s arrogance showing us we´re just not "French" (or British) :-(

Review 33：Parc must be updated. From outside the buildings look poor and dirty. They reilly must be painted. The app was not clean, dirty, sofa full of spotts, not fresh, we bougt some things to make it clean by ourselves. I will not return to this parc. Isle sur la Sorgue is tired of the tourists I think, town is to commercial and has nothing to do with the old Provence feeling anymore.

They will transfer you calls again and again until nobody answer you. 3. You need to pay for anything except the room rent. The towels, sheets and etc. 4. When you leave, you have to clean the floor, order the bed. Normally this kind of apartment only request the guests to deal with the trash, linens and dishes, but this one ask you to do everything!!! I was wondering I have to do these, why do I have to live in hotel!!?? 5. However I was not informed all of the things above. They told me the rules were in the room. The rules were 12 pages of PDF document! If you think it is normal to read a document with thousands of words, then you can chose this hotel.

Apartments are spacious and clean with all mod cons although decor and furnishings quite basic. No air conditioning not huge problem as usually quite breezy - but could get very warm on a still night mid summer. Take a fan! All said and done excellent family choice.
Review 49：In general, we were very unhappy with our stay here for the followingreasons: -very expensive hidden costs for linen, towels and thetelevision remote -cobwebs and spiders in the room indicated that ourroom had not been clean for quite some time -safety concerns with theshower head as it fell off several times -'school camp' like inspectionand overly restrictive rules which was a contradiction to the 'luxurystyle' country club we thought we would be staying at -we also receiveda patronizing lecture from one of the staff about the costs for basicitems such as linen and towels at ten euro per person -closing of thepool at 8 and re-opening at midday in the middle of summer wasdisappointing as this was a feature of the club we hoped to utiliseWe were looking forward to a beautiful stay in a 'luxury type' apartment but were incredibly disappointed with our stay. We will not be recommending your country club.
Review 50：Services available at the apt. hotel are very limited. Not even the TV (which is quite small) is included in the price. No WIFI, only when the reception office is open, but they close very early. Cleaning and the bed lines are charged for extra. The quality of the bed lines and the furniture is very poor. Pool is not cleaned as usual as should. The garden next to the apt. hotel is not too nice. I had the feeling the staff is having its holiday also, and works a bit, when feels like that. That is why the services are so limited in time and quality.
