Review 2：Once I had found the hotel (no direction signs from the station) it was very good, with a warm welcome and a very good restaurant for the evening meal - also a good breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

Review 11：The staff in this hotel was incredible in their absolute lack of communication. They didn't tell you anything until you asked, including things like where to park or what time breakfast is served. Any reply following our question would be given in a why-do-you-bother-me-so-much type of attitude. Two main issues: 1) parking: there were no free parking spaces in the front , so were told to park in the backyard. This was a messy place with no clear parking spaces and it was unsure whether we would not get blocked. We were told this would not be a problem - and yet in the morning, where our car was blocked from all sides, we were told they cannot help us because the staff don't know whose the cars were... 2) the grill night, announcedto start at 7, failed to serve any food until 8:45. Not very pleasant when travelling with two young kids. No apology, explanantion or meal alternstives were offered. Every time we asked, we were told to wait ten more minutes for the food. We ended up going to bed with an empty stomach - not many alternatives around on a Saturday night.
