Review 1：Location was brilliant. We had a Horizon apartment and couldn't ask for a better location. Had views of the lake. Apartment was very clean. Didn't meet Karin, maybe next time. Will stay again.
Review 2：Disappointed - no ideal restaurants for families near by unless you wanted to pay high prices. Approx. 40 min walk into Annecy along the lake shore path or 10 min drive- lots of eating options in the town.

Review 7：Karine made every effort to ensure we enjoyed our stay. I had a misunderstanding about the location of the unit we had booked, however, Karine made the gesture of letting us stay in a lake view unit for one night at no extra cost. Much appreciated.

Review 13：The apparment was welcome and compfortable. Very clean and quite. Near by to anything you need. The bakrey across the street, Annecy, pizza place. The owner is very helpfull. Highly recommended
Review 14：The main road is very busy and would be difficult to cross with small children or for anyone with mobility issues. You need to get in a car to get groceries... But excellent markets and Carrefour supermarket in both directions. A teapot and a few extra things in the kitchen would be welcome.
Review 15：The apartment was very light, warm, clean and modern and worked really well for our 3 generation family group. Parking was easy and secure. The living area and main bedroom had outstanding views of the lake. The bathrooms were lovely. While it was too cold, the Loft apartment has a gorgeous balcony that would be great in warmer weather. Our host Karin was warm and welcoming with excellent English. We hired bikes for a fabulous pedal up the lake to Flaverges. Annecy old town and markets is a 40min walk along the lake. Nice boulangerie and champagne at the station across the road... All the necessities!

Review 19：Everything, there wasn't anything not to like. The apartment was very modern, clean, great location, even a bakery across the road for breakfast to delivery to your door if you so wish. Owners very helpful and friendly conveniently they live behind the property. You could also hire bikes, with a private path down to a bicycle track along the lake.
Review 20：Location is a bit far from the city ( although is also a plus, since it's very quite and peacefull) and unless you will ride a bike, is a bit hard to get a taxi. The room we stayed in is in the ground floor and there is a house in front so the view to the lake is limited.
Review 21：Modern design, very clean , comfortable bed and bedsheets are so soft. The apartment comes with every litlle thing you need, from kitchen amenities to anti insect candle. The person in charge (Karine) is very nice. She managed to find a taxi to pick us up at the train station, she made an effort to give us an extra bed (even seems like impossible to put in the room), she also helped to order taxi whenever we founded hard to get one. She even gave us late check out. Super nice Karine!

Review 34：The location is Awesome ! Everything is near by you, supermarkets, restaurants, activities, etc. the staff is fantastic and many thanks to Karine for her continues support. Of course i will stay there again if i visit the lovely Annecy.

Review 37：-It was not mension any where that you either have to pay 45 Euro as cleaning fee or restor the apartment as you received it. -the heating systme was not functioning well in all of the apartment. -there is no bathtub in the bath room only shower. -you need a car to go to Annecy center (3-4 minutes)

Review 40：The apartment was new (commissioned last July 2013) It is very clean and the kitchen is fully equipment,Air-conditioning,car parking I'd like to send special thanks to Miss karine the owner of the hotel, she is very kind and cooperatives. المبنى عباره عن ثلاثة أدوار ويتكون من شقق مفرده وثنائيه أ نظيفه جدا وبعض الشقق يطل على منظر بانوراما البحيرة خاصة الدور الثالث والمطبخ مجهز بالكامل ويوجد غسالة ملابس بالمجان وصاحبة الفندق متعاونه جدا ويوجد مخبز عبر الشارع. أنصح وبقوة لمن لديه سياره حيث تبعد عن مركز المدينه 2 كيلو متر.
Review 41：The appartments are right on the very busy main road - great for access but even despite the excellent double-glazing, you do still hear the traffic. Sitting on the balcony was noisy.
Review 42：Location 2 minutes walk from the lake was fantastic, everything was new and super clean. Air-conditioning, exterior blinds, huge bathroom, well-equipped kitchen. The owners were there upon arrival to welcome us and explain everything.
