Review 1：The wi-fi was erratic! It needed a password to sign in but it would often disconnect and needed redoing. There was no oven even though this was in the description, it was just a hob top but the microwave did have a grill setting. The pool had bizarre rules, no flip flops, no music, no long shorts! It was also locked for a whole day along with the sauna and steam room. The reception is also left unmanned from 12-4 so you cannot enter the hotel as there is a code to enter the gate!

Review 3：Maybe it's usual for France but for me it was somethingextraordinary - the reception works only 8 hours a day.So I had a complaint about my room - the drain in the sink didn't work properly - and it wasn't solved just cause of one thing. I didn't get to see the receptionist until the day before I checked out when I decided not to bother. Also I don't get it how frequent they do the rooms. I think during my week long stay they only cleaned it two times or so. Wi-Fi is acceptable... if you manage to connect to it! Connection resets pretty often so you have to relog number of times during a session. I had to work from my room at times - and it was annoying to reconnect like every 20 minutes or sometimes even more frequently. Also I was surprised to find no dish cleaning stuff in the kitchen. I suppose it kinda sucks to buy it if you stay just a couple of nights (bring one from home or smth?). Lastly, the location is pretty out of town, so if you're using public transport, beware not to stay to long in downtown - the tram doesn't go to the station near hotel after certain hours, so one time I had to walk. After that I always kept an eye on the clock while having one at the bar.
Review 4：The first great thing about this place - it's obviously relativelynew, so the interior looks fresh as well as the pool and otherfacilities.Wi-Fi speed is decent. Location has its downsides, but it is extremely close to a tram station and a big supermarket is just 5 minutes away by feet. It is a good choice if you don't like the stuff bothering you. And last but not the least - the price. It was the most affordable place in town and I don't think you can make any better for that type of money.

Review 10：Le Terral is located in an industrial area in the outskirts of Montpellier. By car, it takes about 5 minutes to get to the city center. The hotel is very difficult to find, even using a GPS. We stayed for one night in a spacious and simply decorated one bedroom apartment overlooking the pool. It's a very quiet place. The staff is very helpful. Parking is free.
