Review 1：None at all. Some people spoke about the stairs but it is no big deal.
Review 2：This is a huge great place to stay. The owner is so kind and friendly, and offered to help me in every way such as detailed suggestions of restaurants, direction to all attraction. The room is excellent and very clean with full kitchen facility. The view from the room is great with private terrace, and the bed is very comfortable. I would definitely like to come back again.,

Review 5：We were delighted to find that the unit had a washing machine. The other descriptions of travellers were accurate. This is a delightful property run by friendly and warm Annicke. You do need a car to get around. Also be mindful need climb 80 steps to get from the road to the unit.we expected this and it was not a problem but some travellers may find it difficult.
Review 6：The access is tough if you don't have a car and even if you have one there are about 80 steps the the appartmennt. The views however are so outstanding that it makes you forget the climb. If you have a motor handicap or young children this is not a good place for you.

Review 9：Comfortable spacious studio with everything that you could want, Annick the owner could not be more helpful and you could spend your whole holiday just looking out across the bay of Beaulieu Sur Mer. There are compromises but these are easily out weighed by the benefits.

Review 11：The location and view were amazing! We stayed in the one bedroom apartment and it had a balcony and a little vine covered terrace for sitting outside and looking at the sea. We could have sat for days enjoying that view! Annick was very welcoming and helpful, and had great information about the local area. The unit had everything you need for self catering. There was no problem parking on the street close to the apartment. There are steep stairs up to the apartment, but this is clear in the description.
Review 12：This is no five star hotel and is rough around the edges but it was a perfect getaway for us. The 72 step climb from the street is difficult with luggage but again worth the trouble for the incredible view.

Review 14：This was not a problem for me but if you have any problem with steps, this is not the place for you because there are steep steps up to the room. Also remember to take the detailed instructions to find the place which are sent to you as they are essential. I found it but would not have done otherwise.

Review 19：the stuff there is very nice, she waited use till midnight. I didn't notice that this hotel accept only cash and I didn't have enough then. so the stuff drove with me to a bank and told me the way to the next destination. the view, location and the breakfast is perfect. you must try!

They are describe exactly what are you waiting for! The wifi was working perfect and it was really surprisingly for studios like this!!! The furniture were really in excellent condition and the mattress perfect for a very good sleep!!!! Very close to Nice-Monaco and just a step away from the promenade of Villefranche-sur mer.... We felt really amazing there and were very sad when we left. But we will go back again and of course we will recommend to our friends! WE LOVED THIS PLACE!!!!!!

Review 43：The hosts, Annick and Jean-Piere, were very nice. They gave me directions and were very attentive. They also offered me their homemade marmalade and fruit liquor. I felt like home with an amazing VIEW. I will definitely go there again. Thank you so much!
Review 44：The rest room in the apartment is way too small even for slim people. You have to decide which way you want to go in before you enter the restroom.
Review 45：Very very friendly and helpful owner. She even picked us up from the bus station downtown Nice. The equipment and furniture was nice and in a good condition. The view from the living and bed room out onto the Cap Ferrat and Beaulieu is outstanding.
Review 46：The only thing we did not like was the lack of proper signs showing the entrance, and the fact that you have to climb quite some stairs to get there, which, when loaded with baggage, can be quite annoying.
Review 47：The lady was as charming, helpful and sweet as she could have possibly been. The apartment was very clean, and had all the facilities you could want. We thought that without airco it could get hot at night, so we asked for a fan (we got one), but that was not needed. The view was astounding, the breakfast, also really good. It is really a great place.

Review 49：Good sized apartment with a magnificent sea view. We could enjoy the view from the bedroom, the living room and the balcony, where breakfast was served at the designated time (they left it covered with a towel). We didn't use many of the room facilities (the kitchen for instance) but what we used was in working order (shower for example). On street parking is reasonably easy and location is very good as it is a short drive from either Monaco or Nice. We found the hosts were very helpful while we were there, and before our arrival. They sent us an email to make sure someone was there at the time of arrival and to let us know they could not accept card payments due to technical problems.

Review 51：Everything was perfect... from the amazing view, super charming owners, to actual apartmant... the thing we were blownd away by is the littel things .. they realy create a home for you with all the littel things you mite need or want... we felt realy amazing there and were super sad to leave ... and will be very happy to return and we recoment it with all our harts to anyone... it was the most expensive stay of our 1 month trip but it was worth every penny and in the end it was a bargain for everything we got. :))) WE LOVE THIS PLACE
