Review 1：Super tiny room. Heating totally off when electronic key is not inserted: at arrival the room was freezing cold and you had to remember to leave the spare key in the slot to find the room acceptably warm when going back to your room. Smell of breakfast goes up the staris and into the room in the morning: someone may find it a nice good morning. I don't. My room had a huge window in front of the shower: you have to shower wth shutters closed and artificial light even during the day (a pity). Breakfast is in the lobby, with tiny tables you need to share with other guests: not ideal if you feel grudgy in the morning and want to keep to yourself. Silly free-standing safe box.

Review 2：Clean room, super-comfy bed, simple but nice design (but furniture seems very fragile and bound to age quickly). Smiling staff. Simple but fresh and tasty breakfast. Narrow but clear view of the sea from my room and nice view from the common staircase. Parking was availble (but sure to be challenging in peak season).

Review 3：There were no facilities for storing clothes other than hangers, and those were inadequate. We were attending a wedding and the hotel was aware of this. We therefore had more than the usual amount of clothing with us for a four day stay.

Review 5：Very welcoming receptionist and very helpful with recommending where to eat. Although room wasn't large had great aircon , powerful shower and a lovely balcony with sea view. Top floor had roof terrace with even better sea views.

Review 6：There were works going on nearby and a digger working throughout the night which beeped loudly when reversing. In all it was operating from 2-5am which wasn't funny at the time. It may have been a one off or the beach cleaning machine but either way it is worth checking.

Review 9：Although just out of Toulon the setting was better for it being just a stone's throw from the beach, bars and restaurants. The staff were charming, helpful and professional.

Review 11：- very good beds - excellent shower/bathroom - we got an upgrade to a balcony room because we travelled with our dog - we were allowed to park on the reserved parking space in front of the hotel - both the room itself and the bathroom are spacious

Review 15：I liked the simplicity but originality of the decor. Any thing you need is available in the room but it is not too cluttered. The bathroom was small but very practical clean clear and designed. All the window shades are automatic and easy to use.

Review 18：We stayed in this hotel for one night, as a last minute stop en-route to elsewhere via hire car. It is out of the main Commercial Port town of Toulon - which we really liked. The Port as mentioned is Comercial, so it wasn't a top ten stop on our holiday - but this hotel was in a lice residential area, overlooking the water - and perfect for our quick stop after a big day's drive. Very clean, very modern and comfortable. Wifi was great, and receptionist, was so friendly. We parked our car, on the street in front of the hotel for the evening - was happy to do this because of the quieter area.

Review 19：Had grown daughter with me. No one there on arrival. A hot day having to carry suitcases up and down hill. No reason except penny pinching for no one on reception during day and night. No bathroom/ toilet door is embarrassing. Limited amount of breakfast. Extra supplies of scrambled egg was cold.

Review 21：Room was small and we didn't have a door to the bathroom but it wasn't soo bad:) Also there is small problem with the parking.

Review 22：Hotel is very clean and new. Breakfast was very good, location is also ok, near to the beach and restaurants. I can recomend it, the hotel is modern, clean.

Review 23：The sound-proofing is non-existent. We were on the first floor and could hear all the other guests coming up and down the stairs and plenty of noise from other rooms. There are no carpets anywhere so any sound reverberates massively. We were woken up every morning at 6am by the staff preparing breakfast in the foyer below. The reception is only manned for part of the day so you feel very isolated. (The staff were very pleasant and helpful when present.) Although the design of the hotel is obviously minimalist in concept, having no door on the bathroom is a step too far. Similarly, there should be towel hooks in the bathroom and a shelf for toiletries in the shower.

Review 24：Excellent location, very close to the Toulon beaches. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had good WiFi and a nice television. No on-site parking but plenty of free spaces in the street outside. It ought to be a fabulous hotel - and probably will be - but at present there are several improvements needed.

Review 25：* breakfast was ok, but pretty expensive for the standard things offered * doors (at least in our room) were almost impossible to open as they were so heavy * avoid to book room Nr 1, it is situated in the basement, the 1sqm terrace has no view but a man high fence around. Bath with no window. The room inside is though nice, but we would rather book a sea view room the next time * reception is not always open, when arriving late you have to get the key at the sister hotel

Review 27：There are no hand rails on the stair wells and this makes descending or climbing difficult for people with walking difficulties.

Review 28：Located a few kilometers outside Toulon in a residential area. Decor in hotel is very modern and finished to a very high standard. Comfortable bed, smashing bathroom and shower, good size TV, balcony with views over the Toulon harbour and bay. Good breakfeast. Staff were excellent.

Review 29：Parking is the only negative point, but really, at worst you have to walk 2 minutes in a residential area. Rooms were a bit small.

Review 48：Brand new hotel, open less than a week. Property, room & bath were designed and furnished very nicely. View was great and within 5 minute walk to beach and great seaside restaurant - M5. We really enjoyed our stay.
