Review 1：Our only complaint was that the air condition system was slightly noisy at our location. We also bought 2 cups/mugs for tea drinking and donated them to our room.

Review 15：We toured many of the surrounding towns, and Beaulieu seemed by far the most peaceful, uncluttered, non-touristy of them. Our apartment had a lovely, large balcony with a slight view of the water. A great refuge after touring. We walked to the market, and the beach, and Villa Kerylos and then over to the Rothschild mansion. Easily drove to Nice, Monoco, Eze, etc. Staff could not have been friendlier and more helpful.

Review 32：The reception is very kind and friendly. During our staying there, I felt like at home. it located near the beach where is good for exercise and walking, the most important thing is it is not too crowded. If I visit nice next time, I will stay there again.
Review 33：I am being very picky here as I loved the studio, but the kitchenette area is small. Fine for the odd meal though. It's a shame there is no pool as there is plenty of room for one. Only a few French channels on the TV.
Review 34：I loved this place. The location is superb: close enough to the centre of Beaulieu and the station and bus stops, and yet very peaceful. The studio size is enormous with everything you could hope for and a wonderful large balcony. I wanted to return later this year but it seems very booked up - what a shame!

The staff were all so friendly and extremely helpful. Finding us a restaurant when we arrived as it was a little late. The staff actually took us there to show us the way. They organised a taxi to collect our luggage and meet us at the station to take us back to the airport. What a find, we will certainly be going back. Thank you so much

Very important points for us: the residence “ Carlton “ is located very close to the beach, supermarket, bus station, train station. Staff is very friendly and can answer all your questions. If you tired of the beach you can have trip by bus to the nearest cities Nice, Monaco, and others (ticket by bus 1,5 euro). We would like to return to this residence next year.

Review 97：I have been staying at the Residence Carlton in July 2013 for 10 days. And I liked every minute of it. The Residence is situated 5 min. walking (or less) from the city centre, bus station, train station and the beach. It was really nice and calm. For me it was really important to have a calm place to stay and sleep and Residence Carlton was such a place. The view from the windows was great with lot's of trees and greenery and the sea. In the nights it was quiet and peaceful. The room was big (much bigger than I have at the other hotel at my previous stay at Cote d'Azur). I liked the balcony where I could have my breakfast and enjoy the fantastic view. The room was clean and all the kitchen equipment was in a perfect order. The kithen area was rather small but it didn't matter for me. Gaelle at the reception was really helpful and VERY nice and she speaks English. There were many information about the places to do and to see. I was on the business-trip but also had time to rest. The reception worked 8.30-12.30 and 17.30-19.30 and it's written in the booking systems. I came later than 19.30 and it wasn't a problem, you have just call and you'll have the instructions what to do. So I enjoyed my trip a lot and would come again and can recomend the Residence for your stay.
