Review 1：Henri was terrific, very friendly and clear with information. Soundproof windows really helped keep the street noise to a minimum. Charming property, 1 mile or so from Villefranche sur men and lovely walk to saint Jean cap farrat. In close proximity to good food choices.

Review 5：Transportation is very convenient, with a bus-stop just opposite the hotel and the train station only 2 minutes' walk. The couple who run this hotel are so friendly and helping! I have been asking for more days here, actually when I'm writing this message, I'm still with them! :)
Review 6：The walls are a bit thin. You could be disturbed by the people around you but I believe, we all had the same problem and we tried to be a bit more quite.

Very friendly owners, little speak English that okay to communicate. For me was the best rate for hotel and same time so convenient for daily trip to Monaco.
Review 12：No reception after about 10pm, not that it really matters. Noisy rubbish collection but that's not the fault of the hotel. Maybe ask for a room at the rear of the building.
Review 13：The gentleman was extremely helpful, his wife not so but this is France! Excellent, central location on the Côte d'Azur well placed for bus line 100, the train and the small beach. Short walk to restaurants, Boulanger and supermarket. Extraordinarily clean, photos on the site are exact except for the garden which was suffering a little due to renovations. Very comfortable bed. Typical French shower. Excellent air con. Didn't take breakfast there, I preferred the boulangerie.

Review 38：Very nice staff. Specially Mr. Henry. Good cleanliness and very quiet. The bus to Monaco and to Nice in near and it has good restaurants nearby and a very good bakery. On Saturdays there is a Provençal market on the square next to Albert Iere street.
Review 39：1. The Location: the hotel is ideally located 5 minutes from the train station and directly across the street from both a bakery and a bus stop. Beaulieu-sur-Mer isn't the destination many people think of when they go to the French Riviera, but I discovered that it was both a convenient middle-ground for exploring the little towns along the coast and a lovely, quiet place to return to after a long day of sight-seeing. You can also take a nice, 20-minute walk to St. Jean Cap Ferrat. Nice seems like the safe bet, but it can feel a bit like Disneyland. Beaulieu-sur-Mer feels like the French Riviera. Also, I must suggest a restaurant that is a 10-minute walk from the hotel: Petit Darkoum. Excellent, excellent Turkish food. 2. The Owners: they are lovely. You don't always find this in hotels in France (or anywhere). 3. The Value: it's excellent. You're going to spend a lot of money in the south of France, mostly on food. What a relief it was to know there is a good, clean, safe hotel that was such a great value, taking the sting out of other expenses. Americans will have to get over the room size, which, to my mind, is perfectly fine given that you will not be spending much time there. It's cleaned every day and perfectly nice. Bonus: there's a TV, so you can watch French programming while you drift to sleep.

Review 42：I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. We were very pleased with this hotel. It is an easy walk from the train station and the bus picks up just around the corner. It is just off a main street and so it was nice and quiet. Our bathroom was large and updated. We actually had a full-size bathtub! And the room was large and comfortable. The owner speaks some English, which was very helpful. He offered to print our boarding passes for us. There is a great pastry shop just across the street and good restaurants close by. We had stayed at another 2 star hotel in the area, but this was a much nicer hotel. Also, the wi-fi was good in our room.

Review 44：This was a welcoming, most convenient, comfortable and quiet hotel - just what we wanted. Excellent airy, large room, with beautifully tiled bathroom. Someone on hand at all times during the day for advice and help - although a keypad system for after 10.00 pm. Reasonable value delicious breakfast taken in the garden - a really nice touch. Train five minutes away, spacious and pleasant public beach also five minutes away, and shops and restaurants equally close by. Beaulieu sur mer is a pleasant interesting place with Cap Ferrat close by, with great walk and a number oF small beaches

Review 49：Really lovely place! Clean, comfortable, definitely good for value! Very close to the bus stop, as well as train station and beach. The owners are very nice, kind and helpful. The wi-fi works quite well. We did not get breakfast but in the mornings the smell of French toast was amazing! Definitely we'll give a try for the next time.
Review 50：I would have preferred to have settled my bill with a Credit Agricole cheque in euros as I have a French Bank Account but Hotel Marcellin does not accept cheques. It was a pity I had to use my cash for payment.
