Review 1：This is our 3rd visit to Residance La Flot , absolutely perfect , they think of everything in the rooms ,even down to a toaster !! we take our dog and she has a grass area in front of the apartment -plus table & chairs ,outside ,also very clean & tidy .

Review 2：The road noise prevented us from sleeping and the room was small. There were no fresh towels during our 3 night stay.

All very clean, tidy & comfortable . Good outside lighting ,as the nights were getting darker . The apts are well situated to all facilities ,would definitely recommend 5star !

Review 36：The staff were very welcoming. The appartment was very clean. The breakfast, served in room, was ample and good value. The location was good - short walk (10-15 mins) to beach, bars and restaurants and another beach 5 mins away. Plus dogs accepted.

Review 37：I was received really bad by one of the owners that was angry because I arrived late, we got a lot of traffic on the way from Champagne region to St Palais Sur Mer (never pass by Paris when going to the south). She was upset because we were staying 1 day only (I wanted to stay more, but the hotel was full) and because I asked 1 hour or a bit more for the check out (because we arrived really late). Then she pressured us to leave early in the other day otherwise we would get more traffic to go to our next destination (the next place was only 50 km away). But, at least in the other day she was more friendly and allowed us to use the pool after the check out for some more hours (she said 1 hour more, but I don't think she was really controlling this). Other than this, nothing wrong with the hotel, except if you have to bring bags up on the stairs, that it is always a problem.

Review 38：Nice room with all the amenities to cook in the room. Amazing swimming pool area well equipped. You can walk for 5 min to the beach or 10 min to the town center were it is vibrant and with a lot of restaurants and bars.

Review 45：We were very pleased to see this hotel after driving all day with 3young children. The owner gave us a bigger suite than normal, and wewere able to let the children play safely in the garden. This wasperfect after a long day in the car. The owner was also able to directus to an open shop, as we had arrived on Sunday night and had notrealised that basically everything closes in France on Sundays. We didnot use the pool, so I cannot comment on this.

Review 55：On arrival the owners could not have been more welcoming and friendly not only showing us round the apartment and pool but also advising us where the shops wore located, information on local walks and restaurants and providing us with maps of the beaches and of St Palais Sur Mer. The cleanliness of the apartment and the pool must also be mentioned - they were both spotless.

Review 56：The hotel is pricey for what it is but in fairness most aprtments inthis area of France are pricey. Some of the furnishings coud do with alittle updating but the beds were very comfortable.

The Fine Print

Chèques vacances are accepted at the Hotel Residence Les Flots.The swimming pool is open from February holidays to mid-November and during Christmas. Please note that shorts are not permitted, swimsuits are required.All year, Les Flots offers a special rate for all stays of a minimum of 7 nights. Bed linen and towels are at an extra cost. TV is at an extra cost in July and August.Also for stays of a minimum of 7 nights, a security deposit of EUR 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation and end-of-stay cleaning.
