Review 1：There was no restaurant in the hotel and it's hard to find in these area.Wifi was very weak in our room.Not worth for the price.

Review 3：There were no staff working in the hotel in the evenings so we couldn't get hot water for tea, coffee etc. We were there during a heat wave and the building had no air conditioning so it was impossible to sleep. Even a fan would have worked wonders.

Review 5：1) I had booked this hotel long in advance, as I really wanted to stay there. On our arrival day, the hotel called up to say that due to the presence of a group, we benefited from an upgrade in another hotel of the Maiers group. We had booked on purpose 1 deluxe double room and one junior suite to ensure enough square meters. Well, we were "downgraded" to a hotel that smelled the swimming pool and where we were given 2 standard rooms without charm. I managed to get transferred back to the Hotel Elisabeth to the originally booked rooms, after having been suggested to be transferred to just one room or to two smaller rooms. I had never encounterd such an apalling practice. I am still shocked. 2) last year, when we stayed at this hotel, we were all beaten quite badly by insects in the rooms: it happened again this year. 3) absence of staff in the hotel in the evening and of easy restaurant facilities (you need to book a table in advance in the hotel or in another hotel of the group).

Review 10：Nothing to do with the hotel, but just a couple of tips: 1) the street referred to could not be found on my GPS in the city mentioned: the place is not Loipersdorf itself but Jennersdorf...well, according to my GPS. If you arrive late, finding your way can be a challenge. 2) the restaurant hours in the evening (6.30-8pm), but this typical for this part of Austria. You can find an excellent cafe serving excellent food until 11pm 900 m further up the road when you take a right when exiting the hotel's property.

Review 11：The hotel is charming and the double rooms offer a lot of space with a balcony. The staff is extremely kind and friendly. Pets are accepted. Absolutely recommanded, this hotel is a jewel.

Review 12：there was only three rooms left... in reality onlyy four rooms occupied! At 18.40 noone on the reception. Our key was waiting us near the entrance. WIFI on a first floor was not working. only in restaurant.
