Review 1：Avoid getting a room facing the street. It is noisy. Also, the front desk staff had the stereotypical French attitude - cold. For example, when asked for restaurant recommendations, they would only give their own restaurant. They were not helpful with other details such as sights to see. Be sure you do your own research beforehand!
Review 2：I liked the location, close to Annecy and on the lake. The rooms were comfortable and spacious using European standards (not American).
Review 3：Breakfast was poor , staff not trained to help and to be professional , I asked the reception for empty plate and knife & they said we cannot give which is totally objected.

Review 5：The hotel didn't really live up to its rating or price tag. The bedwas uncomfortable and everything was done on a budget (even the loo rollwas in horrible scratchy single sheets!).It was noisy from the road, had no air con and the fan we had was broken. Also, a small bottle of water was 5,50 Euro which seemed ludicrous!
Review 6：The location was good, right on the lake. Breakfast was ok, yoghurt, hamand cheese. On the second day they provided fresh wheat-free bread forme, which was a real positive.

Review 22：very supportive staff with good restaurant hints and advise about what to see in the surroundings. The place is incredibly nice situated near the river with a big quiet garden to wind down.

Review 32：This hotel is in front of lake, and it's good for hiking along the lake. Also, it was impressive for us that the room was so spacious, and clean. Definitely we'd like to stay here again when we visit Annecy.
Review 33：Found restaurant over priced and too fancy. When one has been travelling for some while one wishes to be able to choose from items on the menue of a more simple taste. However, staff did find us a suitable main course which was extremely good.

Review 47：Great location just 20 min walk along the bike path from the city center. The large room option was great for having the baby and accompanying baby gears. The "lake view" is definitely great-- quiet and pretty. The "forest view" is half the price because it faces the road, and probably gets noisy.
