Review 3：We had a three bedroom rental and the AC was located only in the living area. Unless you sleep with the windows wide open, it got pretty warm at night. Plus, there are no screens so the mosquitoes made it inside and bit the kids a few times. The fabric furniture in the common area needs to be cleaned more frequently! They need to bump up the wifi speed, and provide english channels - everything was either in german or french - even if it's just a news channel.

Review 4：The reception staff was very helpful and patient with us. Helped me find a local vet and took the time to help my friend find the right train to the airport. The children loved the pool area! The hotel property is elegant, while the long term apartments behind (week or more) are more efficiency apartments. Great if you have small children except for the negatives mentioned. Ask for flats with a view.
