Review 1：Bathroom was not practical should just have a shower. Service in the restaurant and bar could be patchy

Review 7：Breakfast is expensive and needs some rethinking, there was a lack of glasses, plates at times and when the meal is self service this is an essential. In a luxury hotel the guests should not be wandering about looking for a plate. Good bakery section, home cooked Madeleines etc. a minor note, butter should be near the bread not miles away near the juice and cheese. Coffee was served in individual coffee jugs but was not that great, perhaps a coffee press per person so it is less stewed? Rented a TV hotel selected DVD, sound very poor.

Review 8：The hotel was in its second week after a year long refurbishment. Some systems still being streamlined but excellent accommodation and service. Staff very professional and friendly. Very nice evening meal, on the terrace with good service, helpful bar staff.Afternoon staff for the terrace a bit rushed. Good twin bedded room, overlooking sea, excellent shower room but a little tight on circulation space in both bedroom and shower room. Nice touch, retractable line in shower for swimming costumes etc. Good wardrobe space, lighting and an electric blind to keep out the sun/ light etc. no need for a/ c in early June, slept with blind down and window open, sound of the sea! Very good housekeeping staff, meticulous cleaning.

Review 34：Except for a female waitress The other two male members of staff at breakfast in contrast to every other staff member were unhelpful. We ordered fried eggs for one and waited a very long time but we were not in a rush. We were then brought scrambled eggs for two My husband took the eggs as it didnt really matter. Wat mattered was the attitude of staff. The first waiter never returned after taking egg order. Our table dwas not laid and so we had to fetch our own cutlery for each course and also ask for napkins. The breakfast buffet on offer was extremely below par considering the wonderful dinner we had the night before.

Review 35：We really liked everything about the hotel and therefore it came as a shock to have such poor service at breakfast ( see other box).Truly, it was shocking compared to the excellent dinner we had the night before in the restaurant. The staff and service in the reception, bar, spa were both outstanding. Even the maids that came to clean our room were delightful and your concierge ( especially the chap when we arrived) were outstandingly helpful and charming. They gave excellent recommendations when we asked for a restaurant to eat at one night during our stay. We travel all over the world on business and for holidays and we did enjoy our stay in your hotel. We will hopefully return but would be reluctant to have breakfast.

Review 36：The cost of breakfast was €28 each which is extortionate and a sea viewroom was an additional €100. Anything you buy at the hotel, lunch,drinks from the bar is also priced very high.

Review 37：The staff were helpful, the terrace was nice to sit and the room wasreasonably spacious. The location of the hotel is very good. We did nothave a sea view room but I bet that would of been a fantastic view.
