Review 1：Room décor is tired and the rooms are badly sound insulated. The shower in my room had black mould all over the silicone and had not been properly cleaned.

Review 7：The property was more like 4kl into the old town. We booked a lake view but the balcony did not have either table or chairs. Went into the garden to read in the peace of the afternoon but loud music started to play. The wedding took priority leaving nowhere for us to sit for pre-dinner drinks and could not get staff to attend to us.

Review 9：initial problems when arrived we were given probably the smallest room in the hotel with a view of the car park,you could not stand at the top of the bed due to sloping roof.when booking we asked for a superior room with a lake view.when I initially went to reception I was told that a large party had booked in august 2014 and all the rooms with rooms were taken.I then checked the hotel website and confirmed that we had booked a superior room. we were then moved to a room with a lake view.

Review 14：Rooms on booking.com is not the rooms you get. Room was old and dated. You cant fit in the bathroom and noise levels are high. Asked for a quiet room on website and got a room right on top of the kitchen diningroom area. Take care with this one as it is not as advertized

Review 17：Sat on the shores of the Lake this place is just stunning. The hotel is great, the view from the dining room incomparable. Staff were very friendly esp 'French-Geordie' Bruno who's a great chap. I'll be back there sooner rather than later.

Review 18：Advertised restaurant was closed . This is the second time this has happened this trip . We tend to choose hotels partly on the restaurant as after travelling all day we don't necessarily want to go out again . I do wish hoteliers would let booking.com know when their restaurants are closed for the season .

Review 30：We had a meal here last year and were so impressed that this year we stayed for three days. We were not disappointed. The Hotel has a wonderful position overlooking the lake & mountains its about 3km from the old town Annecy . It has a lovely terrace and rattan seating which is wonderful for a relaxing drink or eating the buffet breakfast.The restaurant has an evening "Market" menu and is excellent value with three courses and changes daily. Also the a la carte menu has good choices. Our spacious room had a patio door opening onto the garden with splendid views. Make sure when booking you choose a lake view room, its well worth the extra small charge. The self service buffet breakfast had a good selection of meats & cheese, fruit juices etc. The Hotel had ample free car parking and a lift to the upper floors. All of the staff were helpful and friendly.

Review 71：Despite the new modern nature of the hotel, maintenance issues stood out. One bedside lamp was missing, light fittings were broken or missing. A towel rail in the bathroom was hanging off the wall exposing the screw fittings. the TV was not working and it took two requests to arrange for somebody to look at it.

Review 72：The hotel was modern and very clean. Good location near the airport and good shuttle services available. A very good buffet breakfast was provided, with eggs, bacon and potato pieces on offer.

Review 83：The advertized pictures of the rooms have absolutely nothing to do with the reality: we artived after 7pm, so no staff to adress about anything - only a room-key left for us on the reception desk. The room was tiny and claustrophobic, worn out and smelled like fungus. Although ordered and paid as double room for 2 people the bed was hardly queen-size and set for one person. What was most disturbing, was that the bathroom was so small, both of us - although both slim - had the hardest time to fit ourselves on the toilet, and once we managed to sit down we touched the walls with both shoulders at once ...

Review 84：Only stayed for one night but it was well worth paying the extra for hotel with a lake view room. Just beautiful to wake up to! We sat outside on the balcony with our breakfast then relaxed in the garden watching all the people out on their bikes or roller-blading, before going off for a walk along the path right in front of the hotel. Annecy is simply the most beautiful area to visit if you like being outdoors

Review 85：We were a group traveling by car. The hotel was very easy to find. We took advice from a review on this website saying the room facing the forest could be a little bit noisy and booked two lake view rooms. The hotel was indeed right beside the road so I guessed it could get noisy if staying at a room facing this side. The lake view rooms were amazing. The dinning room had stunning view over the lake and the mountain as well.
