Review 1：Poor quality pillows. 2 single beds instead of double. No air conditioning in room. Mini bar was empty apart from 2 small bottles of water. They charge 7.50 euros for a bottle of water at the bar. Lift is too small to cater for 2 people and bags. No room service. Lack of staff.

Review 11：It is not apparent from the website that this hotel is German. Having travelled a long distance and expecting a French experience, we were disconcerted to be addressed by staff in German, German TV, and most information was in German. We found the hotel efficient but impersonal to the point that neither staff nor other guests spoke to, or greeted us, except to request we delay our breakfast until 9 or 10 am which we declined as we get up early.
