Review 2：there was a problem with the online booking but the owner sorted it out for us when we arrived, gave us better rooms at no extra cost. The food is great and reasonably, the bar is cosy and very cheap, the hotel is fairly economic standard furnishings but well maintained and extremely clean. The view is amazing and you can get a bus or drive up the mountain to the resort quite easily (lots of free parking at resort). Staff were lovely and made us feel very welcome. I highly recommend it, it's a lovely place to stay during a ski break, and such a good price.

Review 17：Unhelpful staff. Appalling service. Food very slow to arrive, badly cooked and cold (my rare steak was stone cold in the middle). Customer satisfaction seems completely unimportant. Very disappointing.

Review 19：Friendly staff, easy drive up to the resort and great value for money and you can get breaks fast and your evening meal in the hotel making life very easy.

Review 20：Staff is willing but not sure they understand the client comes first. I had to wait patiently while their Asian help struggled to help me in "French" (she failed) while the owner was standing right next to her... "Ah yes, she has to learn French" was her rather unsatisfactory explanation. Dinner was, sorry, a joke. At least it was cheap! Hope the owners learn the ropes fast, because the hotel has potential. Pity.
