Review 1：The window in our room always sounded as though it was open (we had a road-side room) Hotel is about 50 min walk/tube from centre of London

Review 5：Do not believe the descriptions of the rooms. Had booked 2 rooms, one for my daughter and husband, deluxe double was very dissapointing. It did not match the description and had few of the facilities that were promised, it was infact a pokey basic room. Would have complained but we only saw the guy who worked overnight. Be very wary

Review 7：Problem with payments - I've asked for paying in cash but they've taken the money from debit card. Room wasnt clean - shower room needs a bit better clean its too cramped. Breakfast room too small - £5 extra for cooked breakfast.. ridiculous. They asked us when we want to ckeck out 2hours before check out time.
Review 8：Wembley stadium is very close to it. Parking is free of charge. If you need a lift close by then use mini cab at Preston road otherwise you look forward to pay triple amount by black cab.

Review 13：The only drawback was not being able to have an evening meal at the hotel. However, the local area does provide a good selection of takeaway food, a few small supermarkets and a rather pleasant pub all within about a 15 minute walk.

The addition of a small fridge freezer in the room was very useful as there are no provisions for an evening meal or drinks. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the local tube station and about 30 mins walk from Wembley stadium.
Review 15：I booked online and opted to pay cash on arrival, the staff charged my card eventhough i told him i was paying cash. Breakfast was rubbish, no hot food was offered for the amount paid. Had to cut stay short because the service was very poor

Review 24：I requested a quiet room when booking. My wife checked in early 1.00 pm. Given a room at the front. V. noisy! On checkout asked about quiet. Very apparent that the check-in person had not looked at booking, and tried to cover his mistake. Big error!

The blind was broken and there were no curtains so light got through first thing in the morning. The room was roasting hot despite having the radiators off. There were cobwebs. Can hear other guests coughing and moving about at night. The room we stayed in needed a refresh really as its facilities were dated and showing their age.

Review 46：It's difficult to find. There was no indication of its name on the front wall. Its GoogleMap location is wrong too. The parking place is a driveway in fact. Doesn't looks like a hotel, but rather like a large flats accommodation. One window doesn't close properly and that diminished the temperature comfort. The breakfast quality was lower than I expected to.

Review 54：The exterior of the hotel is a little daunting/spooky/run down.. But I did arrive on a dark rainy evening. For the price of the room some hot eggs would have gone down well for breakfast. But appreciate when u open the door to eggs people expect bacon, sausages and the works. More chat with solo visitors would be good but again appreciate there is a fine balance with giving people their privacy.
