Review 1：Unfortunately as the hotel was so busy we couldn't get a table for dinner in the restaurant on our first night there. We were surprised at this but we drove to a nearby pizzeria which turned out to be lovely so it wasn`t such a bad thing. The service was very slow in the bar and it took a long time to pay the bill there.

Review 3：We didn't like the limited check in and check out hours. When you cannot check in before 15:00 and have to leave no longer than 11:00 you can't really enjoy the hotel,and this is unfortunate. In addition, very expansive parking fee, 9 euros. This was the only hotel among the hotels we stayed in Austria that requires parking fee, and it's a shame. On their behalf I would say that at least the car is parked in a safe garage inside the hotel. Maybe they should try at least reduce the price of the fee.

Review 6：The bed was very uncomfortable with the saggiest mattress I've experienced in a long time. The breakfast selection was wonderful, but the restaurant was very crowded, with some of the tables too close together for comfort, and some of the waiters and waitresses a bit over-eager to remove plates the moment cutlery was put down. I know they were busy, but it would have been nice to have been able to enjoy the lovely breakfast without feeling rushed by eagle-eyed staff members hovering. My room wasn't always properly cleaned, and the bath in particular could have done with a more thorough cleaning each day. Overall I enjoyed the hotel, but it was lacking the attention to detail that I'd expect at this price and star level.

Review 7：Beautifully-located hotel next to the landing stage for the Achensee boat service. The spa is nice.

Review 8：We were quite surprised by minor problems in the bathroom where the showerhead was broken and also the sink dropped some water. But after a complain made to reception, these issues were immediately and sufficiently fixed .

Review 9：The attitude of the all stuff and location at the lake band. We have arrived to this hotel with our 10 months old daughter, so we requested a baby bed. But hotel provided our room also will all other necessary baby stuffs, e.g. baby bathtub, changing desk etc.

Review 10：Even thought it was great,I think that the price is high considering offers such as especially spa program and half board.we found an additional cost for dinner and had to pay even water at dinner even though it was half board. Many of other hotels which offer half board,water and soft drinks are at least included.Beside parking is not free of charge. In the picture it looks like that the outdoor swimming pool is located at the lake and it was the reason I booked this hotel. But hot tub is at the lake and outdoor swimming pool is in the opposit side of hotel with mountain view as mentioned in hotel facility description.

Review 12：The policy of the hotel is not clear about children, because when we checked out we were shocked that we have to pay for each child half of what we pay for an adult in each room although the kids used the existing beds ( we were 6 adults and two kids age 4 & 6 in three rooms) I hope that the hotel management make it clear in their policy to prepare the client ahead of time of what they gonna pay.

After complaint to management a room as good as ours was assigned. Why was my first impression negative? Everything thereafter was outstanding.

Review 23：The hotel is exquisite! The location is right on the lake and the scenery is stunning. Loved the pool and spa area. Our room was very spacious. Breakfast was amazing. This is the perfect spot for a honeymoon or babymoon.

Review 24：Overall we had a very relaxing weekend trip to Lake Anchensee. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The spa was nice, pool was great and the views are beautiful. Perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Perhaps our favorite part was that they fully considered our 3 year old daughter as well by providing her very own child sized robe & slippers in the room. She was thrilled & wore them the entire stay. I also loved that they provided a stool in the bathroom for her to reach the sink and a child's potty as well. This has been the first hotel we've stayed at that really accommodated to our child, and we loved that. It made our stay much more comfortable as a family.

Review 25：Wegen großer Lungenprobleme (permanenter Husten seit Monaten) wurde ich vom Arzt in die Berge geschickt. Ich wählte den Achensee (viel Berge, viel See und eine ungefähre Seehöhe von 1000m - ideal!) und innerhalb von ein paar Tagen hustete ich nicht mehr und konnte nach einer Woche gesund heim fahren. Das Hotel Fürstenhaus bot mir dabei große Annehmlichkeiten (Spa-Bereich, Restaurant, Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen - alles wunderbar!).

Review 26：The beds are a little too soft and the wifi in the bedrooms was weak, but strong in the lobby. The hot tub water temperature could have been hotter but still hot enough that we spent much time outside.

Review 27：This is our third time staying and it never fails to deliver. This time we only had the breakfast instead of half board but still had some dinners off the al la cart menu. Delicious food, wonderful service who can accommodate many different languages, quite sauna but the best part is the outdoor hot tub next to the lake. After a day of sports you can relax under the stars or in a snow fall outside in the hot tub and admire the mountains. The resort is beautifully decorated with pictures from the location that I would also like to have in my house.

Review 36：We have chosen this hotel specially because of dog allowance. The pet friendliness was at a surprising level, our dogs got even their own blankets and food bowls. Wellness was overwhelmingly large and clean and divers. Food was also great, we appreciated the afternoon snack, which was almost like a full pension lunch. Staff was very friendly well spoken, from different countries and always kind and smiling. The best for the last, that were the beds and pillows. They were so comfortable, we never liked sleeping in a hotel so much before :)

Review 93：A minor niggle, not having tea and coffee in the room, meant being charged for a coffee during the day whereas tea is free. Rather more disappointing the service on Gala Dinner night was unbelievably slow even though we had ordered set meals. Ours took well over 2 hours and no one took the trouble to explain or apologise for the delay. This reduced our scores for the hotel which we would have otherwise rated excellent on all items
