Review 1：Describing it as a suite was misleading as normally one would find a mini fridge and kettle in a suite. When we raised this with staff on arrival we were told it was bad luck and we should take the issue up with Booking.com. However when we elevated our complaint to her superior we were appeased by the provision of a kettle and a daily ice bucket and wine glasses delivered in the afternoon. In addition the staff member who had been rude to us, apologised claiming she had been busy and stressed. So in the end we enjoyed our stay despite the rocky start.
Review 2：The suite in La Residence was comfortable, had a great bathroom & lovely balcony with nice view. Breakfast was up the road at the Hotel and it was generous and satisfying as it included hot and cold options as well as champagne!
Review 3：Ok, so it turns out the 3-Star Residence de Chateaux is an annex to the4-Star Hotel and Spa de Chateaux located up the road in Ottrott. So,when your gps takes you to the address of the Booking.com reservation,it's where you are staying but there is no reception, you have tofind the main hotel and then get told that you are not staying there butdown the road at the "annex". Not a great first impression!That said, the room was clean and comfortable. The staff could be moreaccommodating in explaining the different locations (3-star vs 4-star)but for the booking.com price, overall a good deal. Breakfast wasoutstanding.

Review 5：It was a bit of a bore going up the hill to their other hotel for meals.
Review 6：Good value as a place to stay, as we could use the facilities at their sister hotel 100 metres up the road, which included a spa and pool. They provided a very good breakfast buffet at the sister hotel.
Review 7：The restaurant in the other part of the hotel was expensive. The one in our part of the hotel was not open.

Review 10：Spacious room, well furnished with excellent storage facilities. Spare pillows for the bed. Good sized bathroom with good shower. Good WiFi internet connection. Good restaurant. As breakfast was served in the nearby four star Hotel Hostellerie des Chateaux unable to comment on this for Le Beau Site.
