Review 1：everything was perfect; food was very good; veiw from our windows this time was at forest; we could open window; additional bed was arranged very quickly

Review 3：I was there many times on different occasions but this was a first time with my grand son of 4 years old - All together have got a lot of fun, especially in a SPA itself. Location by the lake is just fantastic.

Review 4：It was tooo cold there (outside was -25C), even in the hotel room and spa area! And too much people in spa due to holidays. Definitely it's not good for small children! We have to leave the hotel after first night.

Review 5：Unfortunately hotel isn't pets friendly. We haven't been allowed to eat in a la carte restaurante with our pet (yorkshire terrier). We have been the only visitors there.

Review 8：It's one of the best hotels in the area, good spa and outdoor pool (I wish it was bigger to give opportunity to swim). Has 2 restaurants, one with buffet menu, which is a good option to save euros. Nice staff.

Review 9：The cervice is too subtle. Rooms are not cleaned and the towels are not changed (even if you throw them on the floor) during your stay at the hotel. Our room haven't been cleaned properly before our arrival - there was an empty shampoo bottle in the shower cabin.

Review 10：Hotel's location is great for travellers from St. Petersburg.Entrance to the aquapark is included into the accomodation price. Aquapark is nice for visiting both kids and adults.

Review 12：Combination of convenient location and spa+swimming pool. Wonderful breakfast. You can also buy lunch and dinner buffet. There are a lot of dishes. Very calm and quite area.

Review 13：Our door has locked by itself, and we could not open it, staff could not help much with the issue, there was no engineer in house to fix the door. We were staying with kids and ordered the family room, but it appeared that the bed linen for kids was missing. we had to wait for quite a long time to get it. Dinner buffet, served in the evening, is quite poor in choice.

Review 25：Breakfast and dinner exceptionally bad. Cleaning was poor, did not get daily cleaning of our rooms during our stay. But cleaning trolleys stood a long time every day parked in the corridoor so we changed towels ourself every day.

Review 35：Our stay was great. Everything arranged in order to make comfort. Unlimited visiting SPA with saunas, Indoor and outdoor pools, children zone etc. Room (promenade) is very comfortable with separated alcove (cozy and suitable for children) and glazed balcony. Breakfast and dinner (we took it according to the recommendations) exceed expectations. The fantastic nature - pine forest, Lake Saima - around with lots hiking possibilities creates an unforgettable atmosphere and you surely know that will return to this fantastic place.

Review 36：The cleaning personnel (ladies) make no bones about men still in the locker room after the pool has closed. Women, working as janitors, can walk into the men's locker room without any announcement or warning immediately upon the closing of the spa. A cleaning lady - a young attractive blond -just literally walked in on me while I was still there and completely naked!!)) Oops...!!! I'm afraid, it may no go well with some men guests, especially those more conservative ones!

Review 101：The lady in glasses with short dark hair (don't recall her name), working at the reception, refused to exchange our wet towels after we asked her for this small favor. Only after our persistent efforts and recourse to other staff at the front desk she reluctantly agreed to concede. Very unprofessional and unethical, espessially considering that the hotel positions itself as a spa where fresh towels should be always available upon request.

Review 102：Everything is great. Picturesque place, ample parking, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. We've already stayed at this hotel a few times and are planning to return again. Special thanks to Sanna at the reception desk for her extra courtesy and consideration.

Review 103：There should be a skating rink inside the hotel - it must not be so difficult to build, and would be a nice advantage...There is one not far from the hotel, but: open for skating only during one hour twice a week - and they do not rent ice-skates! Some of the buffet restaurant staff were not friendly; moreover, half of the guests are Finnish and half of them are Russian - so it would be logic to hire more Russian-speaking staff, and not just staff who speaks a little English. As for the room, it would be practical to have two chairs (and not just one) since it is designed for 2 people.

Review 104：Nice location next to a lake; special thanks to the Reception Desk team who gave us a room on the highest floor with a lake view (it was a long stay so it was important). Excellent sauna and a real big swimming pool (20 m long). Good choice of food for breakfast. Extremely comfortable beds! Vast choice of activities and possibility to rent skis, ice-skates (there is a special ice-way arranged on the lake!), bikes and so on. The traditional Finnish restaurant serves excellent dishes at reasonable prices. The room decoration is sober and cosy, rather stylish.

Review 105：Dirty chairs on the balcony. I reserved Superior Twin room, but considering the size of beds, we had a Standard Twin room. Room was located just near the lift. No safe.

Review 125：I visited this hotel last week with my mother and my baby (8 m), family room "Superior". It was sufficiently large room. I liked the option of isolating children's area in the room (appendix with two-level beds for children), having a balcony with Finnish or Swedish glazing (you can fold all glasses like a book, and you get an open space, it's ideal for summer), and the WC was commodious because it had very interesting shower compartment. Everything was clean, quite comfortable. We only had breakfast in the restaurant, the food was delicious, the staff was polite, they cleaned all quickly and in a timely manner. And else there was a great pool in the hotel. Just super! My baby loved it. We will come again.

Review 126：The stuff of the reception didn't speak Russian, although they could. We didn't feel that we were welcome. Some tourists didn't know foreign languages, but the stuff didn't even try to help them to communicate.
