Review 9:I would have liked to have a bigger choice of food on the breakfast menu.

Review 10:The room was comfortable and clean. I loved the position of the sun coming in on the small balcony in the morning.

Review 11:Internet service in rooms was a little slow. In pternet service in the lobby was good

Review 12:The communication between staff and tennis tournament organization was exceptional. Staff could anticipate the needs of customers

Review 13:The over zealous receptionist Claudine was very rude when my teenage sons helped themselves to 3 cakes on the buffet table. Did get an apology from the Manager. Poor wfi in room meant I spent considerable amount of time in the reception area.

Review 14:I liked the location. It was bang in the middle of Monaco and Nice. A 10 minute walk to the marina and restaurants and a couple of minutes walk to the square which had entertainment some nights. Also a nice walk to St Jean Cap de Ferrat and Ville Franche.

Review 15:The two nights at this hotel concludes a long trip. The hotel was pretty well located in a very beautiful area. Beaulieu, St Jean Cap Ferrat. Don't miss to visit Villa Kerylos and Rothchild.

Review 16:Very thin walls you could hear everything in the adjoins rooms!! Wifi was on and off and could not be relied on. Breakfast ok but poor choice of fruit.

Review 17:Liked the fact they had a garage for our motorcycles. Station was close by so easy link into Monaco. Rooms were smart.

Review 18:None

Review 34:Breakfast.

Review 35:Breakfast could be better

Review 36:Location of the hotel, friendly owner

Review 37:The standard of the room was not the best.

Review 38:Location

Review 39:Pigeons above my balcony which made the balcony filthy-I paid extra to upgrade to a balcony-which I could not use.Staff dour and avoidant.

Review 40:Parking

Review 41:The staff were so helpful and friendly, the location is great and the hotel itself was perfect

Review 42:A very comfortable hotel within close walking distance of the train station between Nice Ville and Monaco. A beautiful and quiet small town to relax between visits to see the sights of both destinations.

Review 43:The owner Vincent and his staff are friendly, warm and welcoming. He also gave us great advice of where to go, what to see and how to get there. The hotel has a central location within walking distance to everything. The room was modern, neat, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel!

Review 44:This hotel seemed like a moderate, leaning to upscale place based on their website and other reviews. However, the bare and poor (albeit clean) condition of the hallways and rooms was more typical of a place frequented by spring breakers expected to trash the place than vacationers in a resort area. The lobby and small bar/eating area seemed like they were part of a different and slightly nicer hotel than the one that contained our rooms. Street noise was very loud in the afternoon, into the early evening.

Review 45:Five minute walk to train station. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Review 46:Wi-Fi did not extend to our room on the 4th floor but was ok on ground floor and reception.

Review 47:Helpful staff and manager making for a very comfortable 5 day stay.

Review 48:There was nothing not to like.

Review 49:Excellent value for money, location was very good and only a few minutes walk from local train station, staff were very friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend to anyone and would most definitely stay at the hotel again.

Review 50:Would have benefitted from coffee and tea making facilities in room.

Review 51:Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast and service . Hotel and rooms very clean and well presented.

Review 52:The hotel is clean but has a very basic decor

Review 53:Very friendly staff going out of their way to help us. We were upgraded to two connecting doubles for the price of quadruple room. Good breakfast.

Review 54:It is my second time there, the staff is perfect. The breakfast is verygood, unfortunately it is charged, in my opinion it should be free, included on the rate

Review 55:1) Bathroom shower - if you are taller than 1 meter than its almost impossible to have a descent shower (i am 1.96 so ... imagine !) 2) Walls are very thin ... you can hear everything from the next room 3) elevator is veeeeery small ... one person and one bag and its full 4) Internet connection is Terrible

Review 56:Staff very friendly, location very good Breakfast very good

Review 57:Old reformed bathrooms. Hard to find if you lack a GPS in your vehicle.

Review 58:Good hotel, good rooms, friendly staff, very good breakfast. Nice restaurants in the surroundings.

Review 59:Our room looked very, very old. The prices for the room are very high for the services provided (no fridge in the room, the shower douche evacuation did not work properly; the doors to WC and of the room were creaky and didn't close properly). When we arrived the parking was full so we had to put the car in the street (difficult to find a place during the day). The beach is not close to the hotel (15 min of walk). Wifi was weak in the room. We received only one internet code for wifi, so it was impossible to log on internet with different devices in the same time.

Review 60:The hotel is clean. The location is good (10 min by car from Monaco or Nice).

Review 61:The owner and all the staff were very friendly and helpful It was quiet and very comfortable and within walkinfg distance of evrything no complaints whatso evereasy access to all other towns and galleries on the cote d azur

Review 62:The room wasn't luxuriously furnished and looked a bit dated, but it was clean, and large; it was really nice to have room to move around without falling over the children.

Review 63:The location was really good. Beaulieu Sur Mer is lovely and the hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the sea, from the supermarket, from restaurants (not sure about the town as we didn't go there). 10 minutes by train/driving from Monaco. The streets felt safe and the area was quiet with only a small amount of traffic running by.

Review 64:Bed sheets were not the cleanest. There was carpeting that didn't smell wonderful, the shower was tiny. Hard to find places open for dining at night (at least during the time period we went-August). A suggested restaurant by the hotel staff was quite expensive for the portion size given.

Review 65:Really nice staff member, very helpful. Big family room with two toilets and a tub and shower. AC. Okay breakfast (not free). Quaint, quiet town a short drive from Nice.

Review 66:open shower, water didn't drain off well in the shower, caused some overflow

Review 67:breakfast, friendly staff, good English, close to beach and train station

Review 68:While the room was nice, the common areas like halls were a bit worn out. The room was rather small. The hotel is few minutes walk away from the beach.

Review 69:Very friendly staff. Nice room with a balcony. We have managed to find a free parking space right before the hotel for both nights.

Review 70:we were placed into the room with the burnt-out AC. the receptionist was not able to explain to us that the device worked somehow (at least this is what the owner tried to explain to us the next morning, but no apologies were made, no refund). they were not able to change the room since the hotel was fully booked, but how they dare to offer the rooms with the non-working electrical devices??? the location of the hotel can make you feel like you are in the centre of the main road- the standard rooms face the narrow street and early in the morning you can hear all sounds from outside even with the shut windows. our room looked quite shabby, the doors to WC and the bathroom were creaky and didn't close properly. on top of all when we came back around midnight after the walk around the port I noticed a cockroach on the bed which escaped quite fast! the only positive thing is breakfast which is not bad compared to the standard breakfasts you can find in such types of hotels in France. By the way you have to ask for everything, for example, you won't find a hairdryer in the room, you have to ask at the reception!

Review 71:the worst hotel we have ever stayed at Cote d'Azur. you can find in the same district far better options for the same amount of money. I don't understand for what they charge more than 100 EUR per night!

Review 72:Room very small. Rather bleak corridors once you have left reception area.

Review 73:Nathalie,receptionist, very helpful.gave good directions from airport. Book a superior room as bathroom modern and clean. Had proper shower screen not white plastic curtain.

Review 74:Nowhere really to sit downstairs, sofa in reception drafty.

Review 75:Very helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast, good value. Rooms good and clean. Beds comfortable.

Review 76:I thought the bed was small for a double and it looked a little shabby. Slightly noisier than I hoped.

Review 77:The staff were fantastic. Extremely friendly and gave really good advice on places to eat.

Review 78:Everything worked out absolutely fine for us - no negatives.

Review 79:Our hosts were very welcoming and charming, and helpful in directions to places to eat. We had just a simple overnight stop to break a long journey and the hotel was perfect for our needs.

Review 80:Wonderful smaller hotel in the heart of Beaulieu-sur-mer for easy walking around town to restaurants and shops and also easy transportation to nearby towns along the coast.

Review 81:1st floor = noisy outside on the street. Strange step up in my room in the corner which just invited a fall if a bottle of rose in me.

Review 82:Location is very good as the Train station is 2 mins walk away. A few cafes nearby as well and a food market that was rammed.

Review 83:It is too expensive for what is provided.

Review 84:Only the breakfast is ok. The rest is not nice at all. Check-in onlyfrom 15.00 No fridge in the room with 35 degrees outside. Old facilitiesand unfortunatly the hotel refuses the american express card in one ofthe richest region in France.

Review 85:Clean, comfortable and excellent location near buses, trains & taxis & restaurants with polite, helpful staff. Considering it was in the middle of town, it was very peaceful and quiet.

Review 86:Corridors a little dark but there are timed light switches

Review 87:Affordable, clean and quote modern this is a great budget stay hotel with friendly staff in a good central location. Rooms are air conditioned which is absolutely essential and quite modern and en suites have a walk-in shower which is very nice.

Review 88:It was a nightmare. Our hotel. We as a couple wanted to spend a niceweek in Cote d Azur and hoped for Seaview, beach etc, leisure, relax. The hotel is for survival. I am a very good driver, but the road from the hill to the hotel was soooo narrow, I sometimes thought I will smash my small rented eco car on walls. We received a street "view" room, noisy, stinky old furbished, with 65 years old tiles and floors, and with ancient air conditioning, which was very stinky. So we choosed instead of cold and stink the humid & warm and not fresh smelling street air for our nights. Yes only for nights because we were happy to be away from hotel. The neighbourhood is not nice, neither the restaurants close by. One night in the bar LE35 before we went to sleep I wanted to have a beer, because I wanted to check my mails on LE35 wifi. (The hotel promised wifi: there was no wifi for 1 week, neither other connection) They had free tables, and told us, they have no beer (I could see the beers inside). I was OK, so I told, I will drink wine then, cause I saw wines inside. They told no wines for us. (We normal university graduate couple, I am MBA student with 3 well running businesses - so we are not suspicious, and were 100% sober at that time, well dresses: just returned from Monte Carlo Casino Dinner) back to hotel: the bed: 140 max 150 cm wide. Room: very small! Breakfast: JOKE!

Review 89:I liked the patience and understanding of my fiancee, and I bless God,she could forgive me...

Review 90:We were promised Parking but waited over an hour on the street to find an street park that wasn't an unloading bay.

Review 91:It suited our situation of waiting for clients.

Review 92:Was left under the impression that breakfast is included in the roomrate but it was not and definitely not worth what they charge.

Review 93:Free street parking

Review 94:I loved my balcony! So pleasant to be able to sit outside. The staff were helpful; I felt really comfortable.Extra things were offered - a kettle for instance.I wished I had stayed longer.

Review 95:We enoyed the friendly and relaxed atmosphere of the hotel and found it to be efficiently run. It was all we had expected it to be from our previous visit and if anything had improved. We would use the hotel again if we were to visit Beaulieu. Thank you for making our short stay so enjoyable.

Review 96:Room was a good size and hotel was very clean and well maintained. Airconditioning worked well.Hotel staff were superb right from booking (confirming my request for parking via email within an hour of making the booking) to check-out including helping with recommendations for restaurants etc. Breakfast was extra but you got a lot for your money and was a nice treat on the days we had it. Parking was perfect for our needs - especially as the car was kept underground, out of the summer sun! Good location with lovely restaurants, train station and beach nearby. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Review 97:Excellent booking service, very friendly welcome from reception, requests for air-con and wifi were satisfactory, the breakfast was very good value with wide choice of continental food, served over a good time interval. Acces to rooms was excellent throughout the day, and rooms and bathroom were cleaned and tidied with fresh towels where necessary.

Review 98:No tea or coffee making facilities in the room

Review 99:The town of Beaulieu Sur Mer is the perfect base for a holiday, a very pretty town with good facilities, a lovely beach and just 10 minutes from Nice & Monaco by train. The Hotel is perfectly positioned and is a 10 minute walk from both the beach and the Marina. The main square (2 minutes walk) has a fruit market daily and a full market on Saturdays and has 2 or 3 lovely cafe's and restaurants. The room was basic although a bit dated but it was cleaned immaculately daily. The staff were friendly and helpful and it was the perfect base and very affordable

Review 100:Our stay at Hotel Comte de Nice was for 2 nights just after our hire car had been broken into and our suitcases and passports stolen during a short stop on the road at about 3pm leaving Nice overlooking the harbour. The staff at the hotel could not have been more helpful in assisting us in contacting the car hire company and British Consulate in Marseille to obtain emergency passports. The hotel was excellent and very conveniently located for the restaurants and station. Unfortunately our stay at the hotel was dominated by what we had to do to as a result of the theft of our luggage & passports so we had no time to visit the local beaches or nearby Monte Carlo or Monaco which we had intended to do. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone wishing to visit this lovely small town.

Review 101:small room , no fridge , no tea making facility , old brown carpet , dirty air con. no fan in bathroom, night receptionist was unable to put a telephone call through to me I moved out of this hotel in to the HOTEL FRISIA which I would highly recomend.

Review 102:not much

Review 103:The hotel is away from the bustle of Nice, but at the same time withgood access to any location on the Reviera by bus or train. Also thetown is charming and good for walks. There are a few very goodrestaurants and cafes. The hotels staff were very welcoming andaccommodating. They provided us with excellent advice and commendationson travel mode and places to eat. I would recommend members of my familyto stay in this hotel when visiting Nice, Monaco or its vicinities.

Review 104:The elevator was pretty claustrophobic, and the automatically shutting corridor lights can be a hassle at night.

Review 105:Our stay in Hotel Comte De Nice was made very pleasant by the extremely friendly staff especially Natalie who helped us with everything, from questions about the locale up to opening our wine bottle. The hotel is located in a very quiet part of the French Riviera, and is mid-way from Monaco to Nice city center, which makes for a nice short drive to either destination. Hotel provides a simple buffet breakfast, and our room came with a small but cozy balcony with a view of the ocean.

Review 106:Nothing I saw so many complaints about stuff and I think they are all crazy! It was great.

Review 107:I was very happy with this hotel it was perfect for me! It was quiet and relaxing a great place to stay to move all around the Riviera. Very short train ride to Nice and Monaco and Menton. I couldn't have been happier. Breakfast was really good too.

Review 108:Lift a bit old and small no downstairs sitting area and no tea/ coffeemaking facilities.

Review 109:5 minute walk from station in centre of town. Easy walk down to themarina which has a good selection of restaurants. Breakfast was generousand good value at 10€. Rooms at rear on floors 3 and 4 offer balconywith a glimpse of the sea. Very friendly staff including chamber maids, one of the very few places in recent years where I have left a tip forbchamber maids.

Review 110:The reception close at 10.30 P.M. and the garage at 10.00 P.M., so it isimpossible to use the car to go out for dinner and and to come back inthe evening parking the car in the garage.

Review 111:Clean and confortable rooms; very good continental breakfast

Review 112:The air con wasn't switched on when we visited at the beginning of May.Its not on all year round. The private parking is not very convenient, due to the fact that a member of the hotel staff have to let you in and out of the garage.

Review 113:The hotel and staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

Review 114:The rooms are rather small and the access tothem not particulaly"encouraging".

Review 115:The convenienceof the location near Nice and in the center ofBeaulieu. The friendly welcome by the staff. I consider it to be goodvalue for money.

Review 116:Wifi didnt work in the 4th floor

Review 117:Modern, clean, great location and price for that area!

Review 118:Wifi was unusable, I needed it for work at night and it was a pain :( No salted butter at breakfast.

Review 119:Very good location that I will recommend.

Review 120:Owners and Staff very Kind! Great Position and Price!

Review 121:Wi-Fi needs major improvement. Not a good signal in all rooms.

Review 122:Very friendly and attentive staff. Near a beach. Comfortable rooms

Review 123:Nice people, cozy place

Review 124:The fish tank!!! Within walking distance (5mins) to the Harbour, Super U supermarket, Cafes & Restaurants and Train station.

Review 125:wifi not very strong

Review 126:good location, value for money
