Review 1：Nothing - everything was great!
Review 2：My stay was for 18 nights. I was in Rennes to visit a friend attending the university. - Entry was thru a key pad, one code to enter the building and the same code to enter your room. Each room was assigned a unique code. Super convenient - There is no reception desk or greeter but a packet of information was waiting in the room with everything you need to know. - wifi was great, no issues - Pauline, the manager, was always available by text and email and was great to work with - The kitchenette was great for preparing your own meals, which I did most days. It had 2 burners, a microwave, an expresso machine, a hot water heater, good selection of pots & pans, basic dishware. - The room was clean and nicely decorated, everything looked new. Pictures on this website are accurate. - Convenient to stores, markets, cafes and a laundromat nearby - 2 minutes to the Rennes metro, which is located in the trains station. The metro will take you anywhere in the city. I took many day trips (Fougere, St. Malo, Mont St Michel...) and loved returning "home" to Rennes BnB. My stay was for 18 nights.
Review 3：breakfast a bit limited for the price, and croissant not up to the mark. Nobody on site even if very helpful on the phone.
Review 4：Very comfortable, big and cosy rooms. Bed more confortable than many places. Good finish and very clean. No noise whatsoever at night. Very close to train station. reception available on phone only, but very available to help us. Drinks available for a reasonable price.

Review 6：room size and interior design is very nice (in fact nicest I experienced in france so far for this prize), everything is there what you need for a little stay: big, comfortable bed, table plus two seats, TV, enough Kitchen equipment etc. Handling (no reception desk, intrance with code) is easy and uncomplicated. Would definitely stay here again.
