Review 1：Booking.com had booked a family room, this was 2 rooms not one, at first they were grumpy about this as we only needed one room, and then they gave me a rebate of 80 euros, so all OK at the end.

Review 27：Service and facilities were great. Good location , close to everything. Staff were friendly and obliging. Car Park was a real bonus in the South of France, very difficult otherwise. The room had agreat balcony with table and chairs, as well as a couple of sun longers, loads of room. The seperate toilet, from the bathroom, was also a feature thar suited us.

Review 30：As with other hotels in France, small means tiny, medium means small and large means medium. We rented two larger rooms and they were well laid out, but tight. Our shower head did not stay upright, so we had to take a one-handed shower. Also, the AC unit in our room blew cool air, but was no match for the extremely hot July weather.

Review 31：The hotel has been recently remodeled and the entire facility was a great shape. The reception area, bar, restaurant and rooms were all extremely clean and nice. The owner and staff were great. The 11 Euro breakfast is great. The hotel is located just a block from the beach and two blocks from the casino. We would certainly stay there again.

The beds are very comfortable, the breakfast in normal French style, it is clean and very convinient just on second row behind the port. Not loud. You can walk to the center in less then 5 minutes or take the ferry (5 minutes to walk to) to St. Tropez. It is perfect

Review 69：The hotel was just a few steps from the sea and a wide, sandy beach.There was a parking space outside the hotel, which was very importantfor us (normally in most French cities you have to drive around for agesto look for any space). The staff was friendly and helpful, rooms werewewry nice and clean. We have a spacious terrace with chairs and a tablewere we could take our breakfast and a glass of wine in the evening. Wealso liked St Maxime as a city itself. It wasn't overloaded withtourists, it was calm, quiet, romantic and full of nice and tastyrestaurants. We loved it there and would like to stay longer.

Review 70：It's cosy, staff is superb, helpful, everything is taken care of, a lot of attention to detail, everything is stylish and is better actually than 3*. Plus we were robbed and had to block credit cards, the personnel helped a lot, even didn't charge us for the late departure. I would recommend it to anybody - good value for the money.

Review 71：If you're looking for a budget hotel in Ste. Maxime, this is it. The location is great - walking distance to everything the town has to offer. The staff are the friendliest we've met on our trip. The rooms are basic, but clean and very comfortable. We had the breakfast once. It was your basic continental French breakfast, served on a very pretty terrace. I would definitely stay here again!

Review 78：From the moment we arrived the staff were great, friendly and very helpful. The double room was a good size and the bathroom was of the highest standard with a super power shower. Having the dedicated carpark space made it very easy and convenient for us to come on a daily basis.

Review 79：Nothing to do with the hotel. Taxis are extremly expensive. They don't turn on their meters, and charge you between 50 to 75 euros for a trip verying between 6 to 15 kilometers. Taxi's a complete rip off in the region, very disappointed
