Review 1：A little difficult to unload luggage since the hotel was located right on the seaside promenade.

Review 3：No complaints, but I would advise booking early and paying the extra for the sea view. Our room was very comfortable, but no view other than the walls of the buildings across the narrow street.

Review 5：The hotels two best points are its location right by the beach but also in the town, very close to bars and restaurants and secondly the staff who could not do enough for you. We didn't have a sea view but saw a room that did. We would recommend you pay the extra 20 euros as its a great view. Room was nice, clean and comfortable.

The hotel is centrally located, we had afirst floor room with balcony and seaviews, which made our stay perfect.Staff advised us on restuarants, sorted carparking, nothing was too muchtrouble. Review 42：What a great place.The concierge Laurence was the best we have encountered in our travels in France.Parked the car , carried our luggage and nothing was too much trouble.Room was clean and tidy with balcony overlooking the beach.It was the best choice we made instead of staying in Biarritz.The best value for money!......

Review 43：Booking information stated "Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 10 per day". We asked for this reservation and was told on arrival that this was in the hotel garage in a street behind the hotel with the cost being EUR 15 per day. This was OK but, because of the small space, cars were parked nose to tail and you had to leave your key at reception so that they could shuffle the cars around when somebody wanted to get out. If you stay in the centre of Saint Jean you definitely need a reserved space as parking is very difficult at peak times. Hotel does not have its own restaurant. There is an associated restaurant next door, but bills cannot be put on your hotel tab. This did not worry us as there are so many restaurants to choose from within easy walking distance.

Review 44：Probably the best hotel position in the whole of Saint Jean De Luz, immediately overlooking the beach and the lovely bay. We were very pleased to find that the room had its own private balcony where we could sit out and watch the world go by, although we booked a room with sea view the booking information did not make it clear that the room had a balcony. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good value buffet breakfast.

Review 47：The location is wonderful and if the weather had been better we wouldhave spent time sitting on the balcony enjoying the amazing view.There are lots of restaurants around and all are expensive by British standards e.g. E16 for steak {poor quality} and chips. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. I would definitely go back there.
