Review 1：Only quibbles - but curtains in the main bedroom would have been good. And the wedding party that went on into the early hours of one night could have been asked to respect the need of other guests to sleep.
Review 2：The hotel is an a fantastic location overlooking Lienz and surrounded by mountains. It is a traditional 16th century building but with very spacious rooms - the family room had two large rooms and a balcony with a terrific view. The staff were friendly and the food - breakfast and dinner (the latter not included) - were good. The dining room overlooked the valley and in good weather one could sit outside on the terrace.
Review 3：Very creaky floor, always made us worried we were waking up the people beneath us! A little difficult to find.

Staff were friendly and had no trouble coping with Englishspeakers. There was a lovely rural ambiance about the place with achildren’s play area. Though we were not travelling with children wethought it would be ideal for a family. The site which is positionedwith fabulous views over the valley and surrounding hillsides, even hasits own little church. Dinner was fine, the food first rate. The localbeer was something special. Wi-Fi worked perfectly first time withoutpassword, nor the need to refer to staff.
