Review 1：We had one of the un-refurbished bedrooms which was quite old and cold, while on the webpage only the nice and reburbished bedrooms are advertised.

Review 3：The only thing that wasn't too impressive was the kitchen...but that didn't matter as we didn't expect to use it! (I refuse to cook on vacation!)

Review 4：The room itself was cosy an comfortable, the view from the window was exactly what it should be in an Austrian town! The town itself was even more charming that we expected with its shops, restaurants, lovely mountain scenery and air of complete relaxation. We were very pleased! Thank you for a very lovely and relaxing stay!

Review 7：We stayed here for one night when we were on the road to our skiing resort and it was excellent. We arrived late and there was no one at the reception, but our keys were at the desk. Rooms were clean and good value for money. To our surprise the breakfast buffet was very good, we didn't expect that for that price.

Review 8：First off, the staff of the hotel was never there. We stood at the frontdesk to check in for about 20 minutes before somebody came out of theback office. On the booking.com hotel description and the hotel'swebsite they rave about their spa facilities, however, they were neveron and of course we could never find any staff to ask them to turn iton. There was a sign on the front desk with a phone number to reach themat, but the phones in the rooms didn't work and we had to use ourpersonal cell phones and then they didn't even answer when wecalled. Also, the room is advertised as having a kitchen which wassomething that we were specifically looking for so we could prepare ourown meals. When we arrived, there was a sign on the kitchen saying thatif we wanted to use the kitchen, there would be an additional fee of 8euros per day. I wouldn't really mind that if we weren't alreadypaying a 45 euro cleaning fee. Lastly, booking.com and their websitelist that every room has a flat screen tv. This is not the case. We hadan old tube tv which sat in front of a tiny couch that could only fit 4people if we squeezed together. All in all, I felt the hotel'sadvertising was inaccurate and that they tried to squeeze every pennyout of you that they could.

Review 9：The price of the room was good for 4 people, especially in theAustrian mountains in the winter. The rustic feel of the room was nicefor a ski getaway.
