Review 4:The nice room was renovated a short time ago. Typical breakfast buffet was good. The small private garden was nice, but I didn't use it. You have to go a little to get to the ocean. There was hotel parking.
Review 5:Having to leave
Review 6:We love this little family run hotel. This was our fourth time there! Very central to Beaulieu centre and the train station to go to Nice or Monaco Great breakfast. We had a room with a terrace which was lovely to sit out in the evening Onsite parking The owner is very helpful, friendly and hospitable Wouldn't stay anywhere else when we are in the south of France
Review 7:Ideally located 300m from nearest beach. Excellent phonic isolation from street at the back. Very friendly and efficient welcome. Perfectly clean, everything in perfect working order, copious and varied breakfast. I think the price/service ratio is unbeatable in this very touristic , expensive area.
Review 8:The hotel owner's were very helpful and friendly. The information given was very helpful and accurate. The bedroom was cleaned perfectly every day. The breakfast was very good and the dining area was spotless as was all the cutlery.
Review 9:Front desk very helpful and friendly. Short walk to train station and bus stop for Nice and Monaco. Good central location between the two. Had a triple room for 2 adults and a 9 year old, and plenty of room for all.
Review 10:Was not told that we need to take the front door code when coming back to the hotel after 22pm. Ended up banging on the door and waiting for any other guests to come back and let us in
Review 11:Great location close to amenities, lovely looking hotel, nice patio from the room, private parking
Review 12:Although it was a small room, it was very quaint and comfortable. The location was convenient to restaurants, shopping and the beach. We liked the secure parking and the friendly staff. It is also a convenient place to stay while exploring Monoco, Nice, etc.
Review 13:As the hotel is old, you can hear some noise in the morning. No elevator. Wifi is working properly for reading mails/listening radio, but not for youtube video. These are not really disturbing things and the hotel is worth the money, I would go back again.
Review 14:Good location, Private Parking, very friendly staff, clean room. Good restaurants -> La Maison de Beaulieu -> must try it
Review 15:There was a fair amount of constant traffic, as the hotel is near a main bus stop,en route for Nice and st jean. traffic noise was audible on the terrace and when bedroom window was open
Review 16:I loved the facade of the hotel and the general atmosphere was very french. The room was spotlessly clean and towels changed each day. Lovely small bathroom which was in keeping with the style of the room.
Review 17:Nothing to not like unless you have a front facing room where you may here the traffic. This is mentioned in other reviews.
Review 18:Good location for two wheeled excursions into Italy, Monaco or the Riviera. Safe locked parking. Generous breakfast. Comfortable rooms with modern furniture and designer bathroom. Can recommend.
Review 19:-no elevator -you need to park in the hotel because their is no free space nearby (9 euros per day)
Review 20:-nice building -clean and new bathrooms -croissants and coffee for 3,5 euros
Review 21:There is no elevator in case you have a lot of luggage to carry.

Review 28:Everything about this hotel was great. The owner is the best and makes you feel at home. The location is great and you can do everything on foot, including going to the beach. It is also near to other cities such as Nice, Monte-Carlos, Èze, Villefranche and others (one better than the other). Secure parking is available. The town is very quiet and ensures a relaxing stay.

Review 36:The city isn't very touristy. There are only about 4-5 restaurants which all serve the same food. There isn't anything to do at night.
Review 37:Clean rooms 10 minute walk to the beach Cheaper than other places in the area Cheap parking in the hotel's private parking Very nice staff
Review 38:We really liked this hotel, first of all, for the great service offered in all senses. Thanks a lot to the owner for the most kind attention in what concerns all minor details starting from breakfast to the rooms cleaness and room accessories. Exceptional attention to every single thing in this hotel! Lots of complements to the owner again. Furthermore, the hotel is located perfectly well to reach the wonderful beach of Baie des Fourmis, to visit Villa Kyrillos, have an evening stroll at Cap Ferrat and chill out in the close-by cafes at night. We highly recommend this hotel and hope to come back best year too!
Review 39:No one in the hotel when we arrived in the middle of the day and the front door was closed. Nothing happened when ringing the door bell. So just had to leave and come back later, fortunately the hotel was open when we returned.
Review 40:The location is great if you have a car. The lady at the reception coulde be more friendly. But, unfortunately that's quite common in France. France has a lot to learn with most of the countries considering friendliness and polightness.
Review 41:The building itself. It's a great ancient and beautiful house. With a bit lick you can park the cat outside without paying. The location is half way from Nice to Monaco and one step from Cap Ferrat. Sp, you can easily move along these great places.
Review 42:Nothing

Review 91:Strange rule - no eating or drinking in room. Noise from above during the night.
Review 92:Beautiful 160 year old building in perfect condition. Good location in beautiful Beaulieu-sur-Mer. We had ground floor room which was big enough and very clean and presentable. Enjoyed our stay.
Review 93:Outside on the front side there was a smell of sewage. The bathroom was very small.
Review 94:We had a nice room with a balcony. The staff was very helpful! The breakfast terrace was lovely, and so was the breakfast itself.
Review 95:Small room.
Review 96:Manager was helpful and informative. Location was convenient. Manager has helpful especially during the strike of the rail and taxis. Great location.
Review 97:The room didn't have a safe. However the building seemed safe with a main locked door in the front at all times. I wasn't worried about leaving our things behind
Review 98:The woman at the front desk, whom I believe is the owner, Christina, was wonderful! She spoke very good english and was so helpful and kind. We booked our room around 7PM, and the front desk closes around 9PM. She was ready for us and told us where to go and what to do. The room was quite with a nice patio, and the bed was very comfortable. Also, the morning breakfast was great. - well worth the money. I would definitely stay here again! Great affordable hotel in a cozy town.
Review 99:Owners attitude was appaling and rude.!! I could go on! She was completely rude due to my not arriving before she closed her reception desk on arrival . And this despite accepting she had receieved an email confirming I would be late. She then shouted and abused me and said if I wanted to stay elsewhere she would welcome it. I reminded her that I had booked the hotel because I had chosen it.! From that point on she was rude and ignorant.

Review 104:Catherine the owner was most helpful from the moment we arrived and offered useful tourist information which proved to be accurate and time saving . I would have no hesitation in staying there again. Spotlessly clean and good continental breakfast. Easy acces to the Cote dAzur coast. Steve and Bev. Woodbridge England Nov 13
