Review 1：I booked 2 studios expecting them to be in same building but they weren't (although they were within 5 mins walk apart). From the pictures I expected more but what I got was very basic indeed. No bedding or towels included.

Review 3：Upon arrival, our transfer was delayed by 10 minutes. This meant thatwe were due to arrive in the resort at 20:10, not the scheduled time of20:00. As a result of this, the woman at the agency refused to wait forus in order to let us in to the apartment. She refused to answer anycalls for the next 3 and a half hours, and we were left standing in thecold an rain in a totally unfamiliar place. She eventually agreed tocome and let us in (after some stern calls from an angry father). Theworst service I have ever had. Without any doubt. Some more minorissues was the television cord in the room has been snipped in half(clearly to save electricity) and the oven is totally insufficient.Also, we were not offered any towels or sheets upon our arrival(thankfully we brought some).
Review 4：The location could not have been much better, in the centre of town andabout a 2 minute walk to the bus stop for the bus to the main ski lift.The appartment was basic but nice, sufficient utensils and cooker etc.
Review 5：We had tp pay the agency in cash, there was no opportunity to pay by card.

Review 7：There was no flexibility by the agency for late arrival but they did allow a friend to collect the key on our behalf.
Review 8：Lovely traditional appartement close to the centre. Inside was better than the photos suggested with good space and mountain views.
Review 9：We were provided with only one key to share. It's an agency renting out spare rooms in different locations around town so its a gamble on distance to town, lifts, friends. Extra charges for towels and linen not made known at the time of booking. Tiny bathroom and toilet, barely enough room to turn around. When you book and pay extra for a "comfort one bedroom apartment" you expect a separate bedroom. Not to arrive to tiny shoebox studio and be told that "one bedroom" means that there is an actual bed instead of a fold out couch, its false advertising. The photos provided on booking.com in no way whatsoever resembled our room.
Review 10：The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. Had free WiFi in the particular room we got, even though booking.com said there was no WiFi.
Review 11：Surprise extra charges for bed linen and towels (10euro per bed/towel). Bunk room suitable for children and small adults only. No power outlet in this room for phone charging. Very little storage space for luggage & clothing. Hand shower only. No dish washing brush or drying towel. Asked to clean on checkout but hard without supplies! Dishwasher detergent and toilet paper ran out mid week. Should be clear that rent is required in CASH but 350 euro security deposit is NOT required in cash - card OK. Wire transfer deposit is a hassle.
Review 12：Secure ski storage. Good heating in the apartment. Small drying rack is useful. Elevator for arrival/departure. Large kitchen table. Dishwasher. WEP.
