Review 1：Toilet was really small, (felt like I was sitting in a cupboard). Furniture in room was really random - none of it seemed to match.

Review 3：Very welcoming reception,information covered all we needed to know. Staff spoke English and very tolerant at my attempts to speak French. Particularly helpful in arranging medical help and genuine concern felt by ourselves to meet our needs in needing another nights stay. Restaurant food and breakfast choice good. Overall we felt that nothing was too much trouble by staff. Definitely would stay again if visiting St Etienne.
