Review 1：We had a room at the 3rd level towards the patio. They had a bigger group celebrating and it was very loud.

Review 14：Fantastic hotel in Niedernsill, big rooms and good breakfast, the service was amazing. Three minutes walk from a nice lake where you can swim, and they also have free bikes! Also very close to Kaprun, Zell am See and a lot of mountain treks.

Review 15：Staff not always available, sometimes no one at the reception. Sauna facilities not always open as of 16h00 as indicated, you need to look for a staff member to open it. Same at breakfast time, better to be there before 8h30, otherwise you need to ask for bread, milk, coffee as everything is gone already!

Review 16：Very good confort, spacy rooms with all you need. They even offer extra staff for babies such as a crib, baby bathtub or baby phone. Restaurant downstairs available offering dinner possibilities and very good breakfast. Wet + dry sauna, infrared cabin and solarium are a perfect plus for after-ski. Great location!

Review 17：Lovely family run hotel, very conveniently located. Our whole familyloved this hotel. We were there from December 21st to January 4th, 2013.We had planned to stay a week but we finally decided to stay one weekmore! Very nice manager met us outside even though we arrived ratherlate at night to check in. The owner and his family are so welcoming andfriendly. Nothing is too much to ask and they really make you feel likehome... The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious, recentrenovated and very well equipped. Big balcony with great view out to themountains, bathroom facilities and impeccably clean. It had an elevatorwhich was much appreciated! My children enjoyed themselves in the gamesroom together with the other guests’ kids. Continental breakfast,selection and quality were excellent and they will also make extracoffee, eggs and hot milk to order (free). We opted also for dinner andit was brilliant. Very relaxed atmosphere. Staff were all very good,most especially the restaurant staff who were professional, friendly andvery personable. Overall we were very happy with our stay and reallyenjoyed ourselves, it is great value for money. Would definitelyconsider visiting this location again, in the winter for skiing andperhaps in the summer for walking routes all around the park.

Review 19：Quite a mixture...lukewarm welcome as the hotel had a coach party in fortea and staff were very busy. Room was good - clean and reasonablycomfortable with a nice paved roof terrace outside. Bathroom was tiny -like a ship's bathroom - all orange moulded plastic but perfectly cleanand adequate. Big disappointment that having gone for a short walk andgot back to the hotel at 7:15 expecting an evening meal - we were toldthe restaurant had closed at 7! No flexibility and nearest place was afair walk! When we got back much later having eaten elsewhere - the girlbehind the bar was entertaining some fairly well-oiled locals and no-oneseemed pleased to see us (to put it lightly)!!. Smelled of cabbage hereand there as well! Breakfast was good and staff then were nicer but Iwouldn't go back...

Review 20：it was a very nice place to stay, the hotel personnel was very kind and friendly, it is very well placed, 10 min drive to the main ski lopes - kaprun or zell am see, in a quite area. The food is great and not expensive at all. The rooms are very nice and clean.
