Review 1：quiet and clean room, simple but functional and well thought through equipment, comfortable bed, good public transport link via buses, large shopping center just 2 bus stops away
Review 2：You need to pay for each extras. During Booking it is sayd that internet connection is available, but you need to pay for the Cabled Lan access, there is no WLAN so you need to pay additional extra for a WLAN repeater... The parking is not included, despite the location which is quite far from center and where usually you get free parkings in other hotels. The personnel is somehow inexistent. After 20:00 everything is closed and when the WLAN box does not work, nobody is there to help you. There is only an expensive pay-hotline where you wait until you get the right person and the they say they can't help you... It'a a pitty because of these things the stay becomes displeasent, despite the rooms and the hotel could have been nice.

Review 6：Sofa bed wasn't flat. Feet raised so made the back of the knees hurt. We had to turn 180 degrees to sleep. The bed was very noisy. The hotel is quite old and the hob, which was part of the sink/draining board, heated the whole unit including the top of the fridge. Noisy fridge.

Review 9：Home away from home. This self-contained apartment had everything you need! The kitchenette was great! It was only 3 minute walk to a bus stop, and the bus dropped us off in the centre. The staff were friendly and the apartment was clean, and great value for money.

Review 59：We rented three apartments for a group of athletes at a competition in Rennes. The apartments were ideal, clean and perfect for our needs. The location close to the main ring-road was great and there was a supermarket, bakers and other stores (including Decathlon) very close by.

Review 64：The location was excellent and the appartment really nice for families. Only 3.0km from the center of Rennes. You can reach on foot super Market, Boulangerie and a shopping center with restaurants.
Review 65：At the arrival reception and hotel were closed and we could not get inside the hotel. After studing ads at the hotel I found phone number to call when reception is closed. Called there and after 10 minutes of conversation gave security code to enter to the hotel and other info. Perhabs it is usual situation in such hotels but I wasn't ready.

The sofa bed in the living room does not extend into one sleeping bed, so this is not for a couple but for singles only. The laundry room has only one small machine and a dryer. You cannot use this in the evening because they close the room.
