Review 1：Room could be a little cleaner, bit grubby in places Cold at night as radiators didn't come on at night nor could they be turned on Ok location - 10/15 mins to Harrow on the Hill underground so not too far although not the nicest walk back at night

Review 37：Coffee and milk weren't replaced after my first night, cup not washed, bed not made properly, maybe if I said something to them it may have made a difference, but I do not like to complain and just got on with it as I was only there 3 nights.

Staff very friendly and welcoming, good breakfast. My room was a single so small but ample for my stay. Room had a kettle and coffee, tea etc.

Review 42：Started badly by not having our booking (blamed you). After showing them our confirmation they said they had not heard from you and wanted to charge us again for a room. We refused as we had seen the payment had been taken by the hotel on our bank statement. We phoned our bank who confirmed payment had been taken, the date and reference number. After accepting this they gave us a room so small the double bed was up against the wall in a corner. We are not into scrambling over each other to get out of bed in the night; we are in our late 70s. The bathroom had a very small wash basin with a large shelf low down over it. It was impossible to clean our teeth!

Review 55：Basic hotel but with very clean, comfortable and modern room. Located about 10 minutes from Harrow on the hill tube and bus station's and 15 minutes walk from Northwick Park Hospital.

Review 59：The shower was a mere drizzle with poor heat regulation. It was either nearly too hot or cold. Not the cleanest of rooms I have ever seen. Ok on the surface but lacks in detail. A single shelf wall unit wasn't screwed in properly and therefore unusable.

Review 60：Cozy single room, en-suite with TV. I needed something close to the school I was studying at which it was. Also very close to town centre and public transport and Tesco's right in front of the hotel. Overall the hotel served its purpose. I needed something cheap and cheerful. I guess one cannot expect exceptional quality for that price. I paid £220 for 4 nights.

Review 61：Too noisy!!! The man (receptionist) was talking loudly with other people all the night. There wasn't wifi connection about two hours at night. The heating didn't work in the room; I only had a small portable appliance for two people, the room was cold. The breakfast wasn't enough; you couldn't get the food you wanted because a woman, who was serving the breakfast, didn't allow you to do it; they are really stingy with the food. We'll NEVER come back there!!!

Review 63：The property smelt, the rooms were basic. Next door was blaring out loud music and families were swearing on the road. Somebody was hanging out of the window with no top on smoking. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel. I would like my money back please.

Review 77：The staff were all very approachable and friendly. The room was very clean and fresh looking. The breakfast was very good and set us up well for the long journey home. This hotel is situated close to the town centre and the tube station is just a 15 minute walk away. Wembley stadium is just a short bus journey away. All in all brilliant value for money.

Review 82：Bathroom was quite dated and the shower not very clean. We had a double room at the front, the head of the bed was in the front window so quite drafty and noisy. The room was at the end of a short corridor with only 3 rooms but there was footsteps heard until the early hours so we didn't get much sleep, this might have been the member of staff going in and out of the office. I would say £75 a night is quite expensive for the standard of room but it was our first stay in London so that may be cheap for London prices.

Our room was not en-suite but the bathroom was not being shared and was close to our room and clean. The room had a comfy bed and t.v and for s short stay was great. Handy Tesco right opposite and only a 20min tube back to Euston. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Review 98：That was a very pleasant stay - the stuff was helpful and polite, the food was tasty and filing, and the location of the hotel is good as well (near to shops, the underground station, easy to find). I recommend the hotel!

Review 99：The only thing was the toiletries provided were really basic, only a few bars of little round soaps. Shower gel little bottles is everywhere nowadays. Please look into this issue, it's these little things that really count.
