Review 1：Alexander was a great host, very helpful and knowledgable. Rooms are comfortable with air con, TV and a power shower. Safe and secure site for parking which is gated. Very pleasant stay here.
Review 2：I had the worst lodging experience of my trip here and possibly ever. Itraveled with my parents in law and from the moment we arrived you couldtell they did not like us/Americans. The pictures look great butdon't be fooled the family actually lives there and itsuncomfortable to use the amenities because they are like hanging around.From our room you could hear conversations in their kitchen and tensionswere high. There are motorized shades on the windows but they are on theoutside which we weren't used to and long story but they tried tocharge us for new drapes even though they weren't broken. Then whenwe went to pay and asked what the charge was since it was in French theyproceed to scream at the top of their lungs saying we disrespected theirhouse and telling us to leave. I mean literally 0 to 60 with onequestion. Then they grabbed my mother-in-laws arm and that was it, myhusband almost punched the guy. They ripped the money out of my hand andwe left. Do not stay here! They smell and smoke right where you want tohang out also.

Review 8：There were no screens on the windows of our room. The air conditioning works well but we would have liked to leave our windows open part of the time. The address did not show up on our GPS so use an adjoining street nearby and look for the signs if you have this problem.
Review 9：Les Tilleuls is not in the center of Orange but is close and it was easy to park our car. We ate dinner twice at Les Tilleuls and both were excellent and the companionship very pleasant as well. The bathroom was well organized and everything is very clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Review 12：Although the room initially looked clean there turned out to have spiders in the corners of the room and in the morning we had a scorpion in the bathroom. Scared us both when it ran right past my bare foot. The person in the room beside us must have fallen asleep with his tv on and we got to listen to it for half the night. The GPS to her house is wrong so without computer access to her place it took us a very long time to find it. Three phone calls also and there was no answer. Worst place we have stayed at
Review 13：Maryse and Alexandre were very welcoming and helpful. We liked being able to park in the courtyard just outside our bedroom. The garden is very private with a high hedge and mature trees. It was lovely having coffee and homemade fruit tart in the garden on arrival. The pool, extra towels, a guests' fridge and shaded area with table and chairs as well as comfortable sun loungers made the outside area good for post sightseeing relaxation. We also enjoyed the food, hospitality and conversation at the table d'hote. The town centre was a 20 minute walk away. Our room was tastefully decorated and the shower was a good size with plenty of hot water.
