Review 15：The hotel itself does not look like on the pictures presented onbooking.com. The real image is worse. Actually, the hotel rooms are onlyon the first two floors, on the 3rd and 4th there are privateappartments, quite noisy except during the night. Renovation activities(last week of oct 2012) on the building that includes the hotel-might bedisturbing for people who need to rest during the day

Review 16：Reception-staff-friendly and helpfull. Breakfast- better as expected(quality&quantity&diversity) for only 8,5 euros

Review 17：Directions on the site were not clear and even missed some steps to find the hotel. When we called the hotel (and before the time they said they closed the reception) no one spoke English to give directions. Luckily we were very close and arrived a few minutes later. However the door was locked and again when we rang the bell no one answered for quite awhile and when they did they didn't speak English and couldn't understand we were at the door. Again, we finally got in and the gentleman came down and gave us our key. All of this happened before the supposed close of the reception at 8:30pm, but they had still closed up. We were glad we were just spending the night en route somewhere else.

Review 18：Given the worn look of the hotel from the exterior and the so-so location, we were delightfully surprised by the room. It was very clean and had quite sufficient space. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom good size and condition. It also had a glass door to the balcony which was great to open for fresh air. And it also had air-conditioning. TV and internet worked fine. Great hotel for one night travelers en route to some where.

Review 20：Nothing really that we didn't like, but as in most French Hotels thereis never any tea or coffee making facilities, nor a fridge, would wouldbe so convenient. This is always a service provided in America,Australia and the uk, so why can't the French (and other Europeancountries) provide it.
